Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Kasus penggelapan raskin Nambekor beberapa waktu lalu yang mengajukan Praperadilan dengan termohon kepada Kapolres Sumenep, H Joseph Ananta Pinora itu, pemohon diajukan HM Izzat, setelah dirinya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Penetapan DPO terhadap tersangka kasus raskin nambakor itu kami lakukan, karena yang bersangkutan terlibat kasus penggelapan raskin untuk daerah kepulauan,” kata Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Hasanudin,” Kamis (5/1/2017).
Menurutnya, penetapan DPO itu akan terus melekat pada yang bersangkutan, hingga pria bertubuh gemuk dan berkulit sawu matang tersebut berhasil ditangkap.
“Penetapan DPOnya, baru kami lakukan pada awal tahun 2017, tepatnya saat pengajuan praperadilannya ditolak,” paparnya.
Sedangkan penetapan HM Izzat sebagai tersangka raskin nambakor, dilakukan polres Sumenep sekitar Juli 2016.
Bahkan berkas perkaranya sudah dinyatakan lengkap (P21) sekitar akhir November 2016. Namun berkas tersebut baru diserahkan ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) untuk diproses tahap dua sebelum disidangkan pada Desember 2016.
“Tapi, sebelum diserahkan berkasanya itu yang bersangkutan telah melarikan diri,” jelasnya.
Sementara berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan sementara polisi, izzat melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) sub Pasal 3 Jo Pasal 15 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah ditambah dan diubah dengan Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 KUH Pidana.
Untuk diketahui, dalam kasus penggerebekan pendistribusian banutan raskin di Desa Nambakor, Kecamatan Saronggi, yang terjadi pada 8 Juli 2015. Saat itu bantuan beras subsidi sebanyak 41.130 Kg merupakan jatah warga miskin di tujuh desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kangayan, Pulau Kangean.

Dalam perkara itu, Polres Sumenep telah menetapkan dua tersangka, yakni Suryadi Warga Desa Kasengan, Kecamatan Manding selaku Direktur CV Utama Mandiri (pihak ketiga) dan Izzat warga Desa Ketawang Karay.
Suryadi saat ini mendekam di balik jeruji besi di Rumah Tahanan Kelas II B Sumenep, setelah dilimpahkan kepada Kejari oleh Mapolres Sumenep, Kamis, 8 Desember 2016.
