Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas PU Cikatarung Sumenep, Bambang Iriyanto, membenarkan jika proyek tersebut belum mengantongi IMB. Namun, pengajuam pembuatan IMB sudah diajukan.
“Barusan kamI sudah tanda tangani, Kalau tidak percaya saya akan ambil biktinya,” dalihnya saat ditemuai di tempat kerjanya, Jum’at 25/11/ 2016 sore.
Menurutnya, belum memilikinya IMB merupakan hal yang lumrah. Bahkan dirinya menuding banyak bangunan perumahan yang belum mengan tongi IMB. “Itu hal biasa, terkadang ada pemilik bangunan yang mengurus IMB setelah selesai pembangunannya. Jadi, tidak hanya proyek ini,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, Legislatif mengancam akan membekukan pekerjaan proyek tersebut apabila Senin 28 November 2016 kontraktor belum mengantongi IMB. Karena dinilai telah menyalahi peraturam dan UU. Mestinya sebelum melakukan pekerjaan proyek, rekanan harus mengantongi IMB, izin lembur, dan izin cor dari lembaga yang berwenang. (Asm/ht)
