Menurut kasubbag humas polres sumenep, AKP Hasanuddin kepada transmadura.com, Mediasi damai dilaksanakan pada Selasa (4/10/2016) sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB hari ini.
permasalahan tuduhan dukun santet tersebut, dituduhkan oleh Mamat warga Dusun Bundan Laok Desa/Kecamatan setempat saat ada anggota keluarganya yang diduga terkena santet.
Namun, beruntung pertikaian antar dua keluarga dapat diselesaikan melalui mediasi dan tidak sampai kejalur hukum,” tuturnya, Selasa (4/10/2016).
Masih menurut “Hasanuddin, Adapun kejadian tersebut berawal pada hari Minggu tanggal 2 Oktober 2016 sekira pukul 15.30 WIB di lokasi penggalian batu Dusun Julung Daya Desa Galis Kecamatan Giligenting.
“Telah terjadi kesalahpahaman antara kedua belah pihak dimana Mamat telah menuduh Sunariya memiliki ilmu santet tanpa ada bukti yang jelas. Mendengar kata-kata tersebut Sunariya tidak terima sehingga melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke SPKT Polsek Giligenting,” sambungnya.
Oleh karena itu, Dengan adanya laporan tersebut Kapolsek Gili Genting mempunyai inisiatif untuk melakukan mediasi terlebih dahulu antara Sunariya dengan Mamat dan disaksikan oleh aparat Desa Galis Kecamatan Giligenting dan bhabinkamtibmas Desa Galis yang dilakukan di Polsek Giligenting.
Hadir dalam mediasi pelapor atas nama Sunariya dan dua anggota keluarga sebagai pendamping, terlapor Mamat ditemani seorang anggota keluarga yang mendampingi, termasuk pula hadir sekdes dan anggota Bhabinkamtibmas setempat.” pungkasnya. (asm/hy)
