Transmadura.com, Jakarta – Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi (kemendesa PDTT) melalui press releasenya menegaskan, lembaga yang menyelenggarakan diklat kilat tenaga ahli dan pendamping desa se-Kabupaten Sumenep dengan mengatasnamakan Kemendesa PDTT, tidaklah benar.
Kemendesa PDTT tidak pernah memberikan rekomendasi atau penugasan kepada siapapun untuk menyeleggarakan pelatihan pendamping profesional atau biasa disebut pendamping desa.
“Kami sampaikan hal itu tidak benar dan di luar tanggungjawab Kemendesa PDTT,” tulis Direktur Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa,
Taufik Madjid dalam release yang ditujukan kepada publik.
Ditegaskan pula, pihaknya akan melakukan upaya kepastian hukum terhadap penyelenggara kegiatan karena telah berani mencatut nama institusi negara. “Kami akan berikan pelajaran kepada pihak lembaga penyelenggara,” imbuhnya, Rabu (21/9/2016).
Dijelaskan lebih lanjut, terhitung sejak (17-25 september 2016) Kemendesa PDTT melaksanakan Training of Trainer (ToT) untuk pelatihan pratugas tenaga ahli pemberdayaan masyarakat (TAPM) yang akan dilaksanakan nanti pada tanggal 28 september sampai oktober 2016 di delapan region. Meliputi: Batam, Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Manado, dan Jayapura.
Kemudian, akan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan Pratugas Untuk pendamping desa (PD) dan pendamping lokal desa (PLD) di ibukota provinsi masing-masing. Namun, jika peserta kurang dari 30 orang, maka akan digabung dengan provinsi terdekat (tanggal belum ditentukan).
Kemendesa PDTT melalui konsultan nasional peningkatan Kapasitas masyarakat desa (KN-PKMD) telah membentuk Tim Grand Master Training berjumlah 280 personil yang terdiri dari unsur NGO, akademisi, pegiat desa, konsultan wilayah provinsi, serta konsultan nasional khusus untuk menangani penyelenggaraan pelatihan.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Lembaga Penegak Demokrasi (LPD) Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur mengklaim menjadi mitra kerja KPK (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) dengan mencatut nama Kemendes PDTT RI untuk menggelar diklat kilat tenaga ahli (TA) dan pendamping desa (PD) Senin, (19/9/16) lalu.
