SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Realisasi dana Participating Interest (PI) bagi hasil eksploitasi pengeboran minyak dan gas bumi milik PT Kangean Energy (KEI) wilayah kabupaten Sumenep masih buram.
Sampai saat pencairan dana bagi hasil PI belum ada kepastian. sebab masih ada beberapa kewajiban yang belum terpenuhi.
“Realisasi belum bisa memastikan, karena kembali kepada menteri sampai saat ini belum ada keputusan dari Menteri ESDM,” kata Dirut PT Petrogas Jatim Sumekar (PJS), Angaraeni kepada media ini.
Menurut Angraeni, keterlambatan realisasi dana bagi hasil PI, ada beberapa hal dari pihak kontraktor terkait keekonomiannya kurang. “Kita masih nunggu keputusan menteri,” ungkapnya.
Pihaknya melanjutkan, hingga kini sudah masuk tahap poin ke 9, yakni diantara pernyataan dengan kontraktornya untuk poin poin perjanjian.,” jadi semua kembali kepada menteri,’ ucapnya.
Namun, Anggi sapaan akrabnya ini mengungkapkan selama ini keterlambatan PI itu, menurutnya ada beberapa hal dari pihak kontraktor pernah menyampaikan kepadanya, keekonomiannya kurang.
Sehingga mereka meminta adanya insentif dari pemerintah, setelah pembahasan insentif selesai, baru mereka membahas tentang perjanjian dengan PJS. “Saat ini posisi insentif sendiri masih belum turun dari menteri,” tuturnya.
Sementara, untuk penawaran bagi hasil PI, sebesar 1,5 persen. namun sesuai aturan penawaran dana bagi hasil PI maksimal sebesar 10 persen. “untuk mencapai 10 persen kembali kepada keekonomian pihak KEI, jadi saat ini keekonomiannya tidak masuk,” tutupnya.
Perlu diketahui, eksploitasi pengeboran minyak dan gas bumi milik PT Kangean Energy (KEI) di Wilayah kerja (WK) Kabupaten Sumenep, mulai beroperasi sejak
tahun 2018, namun hingga detik ini dana bagi hasil Participating Interest (PI) bagi hasil eksploitasi belum dicairkan.
Sampai berita diturunkan belum punya akses konfirmasi ke pihak Kementerian ESDM.
