SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Pembelian beras murah oleh Tim Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur, yang disalurkan Bulog Jawa Timur, dikeluhkan.
Beras medium yang disuplai dari gudang Bulog, dijual secara terbatas. Masing-masing pembeli hanya mendapat jatah 2 sak, atau 10 kilogram. Harganya Rp. 108.000 rupiah.
Faktanya, pembeli sejak dimulai dari beberapa titik pasar Bangkal dan pasar Anom banyak mengeluh lantaran tidak kebagian diduga banyak pembeli yang datang lebih dari dua kali. “petugas TPID seperti membiarkan para pembeli datang untuk membeli lagi,” kata sumber pembeli dilokasi.
Parahnya, kata dia melihat pembeli sampai membawa diluar batas dan sampai sampai diangkut becak. “Andaikan saja suplai beras tidak terbatas bisa saja jadi juragan beras,” ungkapnya.

Sehingga, Dadang panggilan akrabnya berjanji, minggu berikutnya operasi pasar penjualan beras murah konsumen akan memakai sistem KTP dan pakai celup tinta. ” Nanti pembelian akan memakai sistem KTP dan celup biar tidak datang berkali kali,” tegasnya.
Selian itu, pihaknya memaparkan tidak menentukan kuota setiap minggunya, hanya saja menyesuaikan ketersediaan beras di Bulog.
“jatah per minggunya untuk pedagang binaan, tidak menentukan jumlah sesuai ketersediaan di Bulog sendiri, pasar Anom bisa 2 ton dan pasar Bangkal bisa 1,5 ton, dibagi,” jelasnya.
Sedangkan operasi pasar untuk konsumen dirinya juga mengklaim menyesuaikan ketersedian beras, dibagi antara dua pasar. “Kalau perminggunya jatah 8 ton, pasar Anom 5 ton, pasar Bangkal 3 ton, itu dibagi tidak menentukan jumlah,” tutupnya.
