SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Sekolah pendidikan “Fathimah Internasional Elementary School” (Fies) membuka pendaftaran siswa baru tahun ajaran 2023-2024.
Sekolah rintisan Sa’id Abdullah (Ketua Banggar DPR RI) asal Sumenep ini yang terletak di jalan raya manding Dasuk, tepatnya Desa Jabaan, Kecamatan Manding, Sumenep, saat ini melakukan ‘Tes Potensi Diri” calon siswa tahun ajaran 2023-2024, Selasa (27/6/2023).
Dalam proses tes potensi diri siswa, dibagi 5 ruang, yakni ruang 1, 2,3,4,5 dengan jumlah total 90 calon siswa. Calon siswa akan dilakukan tes potensi diri sesuai karakter dan kemampuan. 
Kepala Sekolah FIES (Fathimah Internasional Elementary School) Moh. Fauzi, M.Pd, mengatakan bahwa tes potensi ini sebenarnya bertujuan untuk mengetahui skill, baik Sopskill, askill peserta calon anak didik sekolah.
“Setiap manusia dan setiap anak itu kan punya kemapuan berbeda beda,” kata Fauzi.
Sehingga, dengan cara itu, dirinya menyampaikan untuk mengetahui pengembangan proses dalam pembelajarannya, baik skill dan sopskill nya anak didiknya.
“Peserta didik kan dengan berbeda beda karakter, kita ingin mengimplemintasikan yang namanya kurikulum yang berbasis skill anak didik kita,” ungkapnya.
Sementara, kata Fauzi, sekolah Fathimah Internasional Elementary School ini dengan fasilitas lengkap, dari armada Bus antar jemput siswa, agar peserta didik tidak terlambat, karena banyak dari kota.
“Fasilitas antar jemput sudah disiapkan agar anak didik tidak terlambat,” ujarnya.
Namun juga fasilitas lain, Fauzi menjelaskan fasilitas buku dan lainnya juga disiapkan pihak sekolah. “termasuk makan siangnya sudah kami siapkan,” jelasnya.
Untuk asrama, dirinya menambahkan sudah ada, tapi tidak untuk kelas 1 hanya untuk kelas 3 satu bulan sekali diasramakan.
“Jadwal belajar mengajar sampai jam 15:00 wib setelah sholat ashar pulang dan Magrib juga dipantau oleh ustadz dan ustadzah, karena jadi wali asuh tugasnya ngotrol anak, jadi per wali asuh pegang 5 anak,” tutupnya.
