SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Kasus korupsi pengadaan kapal tongkang dan kapal cepat di salah satu BUMD (Badan Usaha Milik Daerah) PT Sumekar Line Kejari Sumenep, menetapkan tersangka baru.
Pasalnya, Kejari menetapkan dua tersangka sebelumnya, yakni Direktur Utama dan Manajer Keuangan Sumekar Line.
Saksi kunci, kini juga dinyatakan tersangka inisial AZ, sebagai Direktur Operasional Sumekar Line karena telah melakukan korupsi uang perusahaan demi untuk memperkaya diri sendiri maupun orang lain.
“AZ sudah kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka baru dalam kasus korupsi pembelian kapal oleh PT Sumekar (Sumekar Line, red),” kata Kajari Sumenep, Trimo, SH. MH. Dilansir Memo Online, Senin (12/6/23).
Kendati begitu, Kejari Sumenep belum bisa melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka AZ, lantaran yang bersangkutan mangkir dalam dua kali panggilan untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan sebelumnya.
“Panggilan pertama kita lakukan pada 31 Mei 2023, dan panggilan kedua kami lakukan pada Kamis 8 Juni 2023, dan yang bersangkutan tetap saja tidak hadir. Tapi kita tidak menyerah, nanti akan kita lakukan pemanggilan ketiga pada Kamis 15 Juni 2023,” jelas Trimo.
Kajari belum tau pasti alasan mangkirnya AZ untuk memenuhi panggilan kantor Adhiyaksa ini.
“Hanya saja ada orang yang mengaku kuasa hukumnya, memberikan alasan atas tidak hadirnya kliennya atas panggilan Kejari,” ungkapnya.
Namun, lanjut Trisno, itu tidak dilakukan dalam bentuk surat resmi, padahal seharusnya mereka bersurat secara resmi, sebab kita memanggilnya melalui surat resmi.
Sehingga, dirinya berjanji akan melakukan langkah-langkah tertentu, sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku apabila yang bersangkutan tetap tidak mengindahkan panggilan ketiga.
“Jika pada panggilan ketiga tersangka AZ tetap tidak mau hadir tanpa surat keterangan yang jelas, ya dengan terpaksa kami akan melakukan langkah sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” pungkas Kajari Sumenep saat melakukan jumpa pers rilis di aula Kejari.
Dalam rilis penetapan tersangka kajari didampingi Kasi Pidsus, Doni Suryahadi Kusuma, Kasi Intel, Moch. Indra Subrata, dan Kasi Datun, Slamet Pujiono.
