Seleksi Pegawai BLUD RSUDMA Sumenep Murni Tak Ada Titipan

SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Rekrutmen calon pegawai Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) non Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), RSUD dr H Moh Anwar, hasil seleksi murni.

Pasalnya, panitia seleksi memastikan peserta yang lolos sudah sesuai dengan hasil tes dengan sistem CAT (Computer Assisted Test) dan ketentuan persyaratan lainnya.

“Mereka yang lulus tes tidak ada kolusi, ataupun merupakan hasil titipan pihak manapun,” kata Direktur RSUD dr H Moh Anwar melalui Humas RSUD Arman Endika Putra.

Menurutnya, pegawai non ASN
yang ditetapkan lulus seleksi Pegawai BLUD dengan sistem perengkingan, berdasarkan perolehan nilai di setiap kebutuhan formasi. “Jadi itu murni hasil tes,” ungkapnya.

Sehingga, dirinya menyatakan sejak awal pembukaan penerimaan pegawai non ASN, RSUD dr H Moh Anwar Sumenep, telah menginformasikan melalui website bahwa penilaian seleksi, yakni nilai hasil CAT dan afirmasi yang diberikan kepada peserta lengkap dengan kriterianya.

“Kami sudah menginformasikan teknis penilaian CAT termasuk afirmasi, sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada peserta yang telah berkontribusi di bidang pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Sumenep,” terangnya.

Kendati demikian, Arman Endika Putra mengungkapkan, untuk menghindari kolusi dalam menentukan peserta yang lulus seleksi, pihaknya telah mengumumkan hasil nilainya di website rumah sakit dan di channel Youtube BKN Kanreg II, itu dilakukan sebagai media kontrol sosial oleh masyarakat.

“Karena itu, manakala masyarakat menemukan peserta yang lulus seleksi, namun dinilai tidak layak atau bermasalah, supaya melaporkan kepada RSUD dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep, dengan catatan menunjukkan bukti sebagai dasar pengaduannya,” tambahnya.

Meskipun peserta yang lulus, nantinya telah diumumkan ke publik, namun masyarakat bisa melaporkan temuan yang lulus itu tidak benar atau tidak layak.

“Sehingga bisa diganti dengan peringkat di bawahnya,” ungkapnya.

Namun, berdasarkan data peserta yang telah mendaftar dan mengikuti seleksi dengan sistem CAT pada tanggal 4 dan 5 Mei 2023 ungkap Arman, ternyata tiga formasi tidak ada pesertanya. Sehingga yang terpenuhi hanya 43 formasi, dari 46 formasi kebutuhan rumah sakit daerah itu.

“Formasi kebutuhan yang tidak ada peserta, untuk penerimaan pegawai BLUD RSUD non ASN ini adalah formasi dokter spesialis,” pungkasnya.
