SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Pihak Puskesmas Kalianget, Kabupaten Sumenep dilaporkan ke Polres Sumenep, Jawa Timur atas dugaan malpraktik.

“Kami minta keadilan, bagaimanapun penanggungjawab agar dihukum sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Sudah kami laporkan ke Polres pada 24 Agustus kemarin,” kata Muhammad Nasir Rahman, kakek korban.

Dia menceritakan, pada Senin, (8/8/2022) lalu cucunya yang bernama Rikie Ardiansyah Putra warga Desa Marengan Laok, Kecamatan Kalianget pergi ke Puskesmas Kalianget untuk proses khitan.

Saat itu pihak puskesmas menyatakan jika pelayanan hanya bisa dilakukan secara manual, karena alat yang menggunakan laser tidak bisa digunakan.

Setelah mendapat persetujuan pihak keluarga, proses khitan dengan cara manual itu dilakukan oleh petugas medis di Puskesmas Kalianget.

Namun, kata Nasir saat melihat proses pemotongan ujung penes terlihat ada kejanggalan. Karena saat dipotong sampai lebih satu kali dilakukan oleh petugas dan tidak putus.

“Kalau tidak salah sampai 7 kali baru putus. Apa karena guntingnya kurang tajam atau yang mengerjakan kurang faham, kami juga tidak tahu,” katanya.

Selang beberapa waktu kemudian kata dia, cucunya kembali nangis. Setelah ditanya mengaku sakit dan penesnya mengeluarkan darah. “Setelah ditanya katanya ada benang panjang dan digunting, mungkin karena tidak cepat putus, lalu ditarik sehingga lepas dibawah dan mengeluarkan darah,” jelas dia.

Namun, setelah ditangani akhirnya darah yang keluar tertangani. Namun, anehnya kata dia penes cucunya membengkak sehingga menyebabkan kondisi cucunya sedikit sakit.

Setelah diperiksa sebanyak dua kali, petugas Puskesmas Kalianget menyatakan tidak masalah meski kondisi fisik cucunya panas dan ada indikasi kejang-kejang.

Karena melihat penyakit cucunya itu semakin parah, pihak keluarga sepakat agar dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Islam Kalianget untuk mendapatkan perawatan medis.

Setelah mendapatkan perawatan medis beberapa hari, upaya penanganan tidak membuahkan hasil hingga cucunya meninggal dunia.

“Setelah ditanyakan pada petugas di rumah sakit, ternyata cucu saya terkena tetanus. Saya tanya pada petugasnya, katanya kalau penyakit tetanus itu diakibatkan karena luka, entah karena terkena duri atau paku dan yang lain,” jelas dia.

Setelah mendapat penjelasan penyebab kematian cucunya, Nasir mengaku sangat kecewa. Karena petugas Puskesmas Kalianget saat kontrol beberapa waktu itu menyatakan tidak masalah dan dianggap biasa.

“Jika memang tidak ada alatnya, kenapa pihak Puskesmas tidak merujuk pasien, baik ke rumah sakit atau ke Surabaya,” ungkap dia.

Sebagai jalan akhir, pihak keluarga memilih melaporkan peristiwa tersebit ke Polres Sumenep dengan nomor laporan TBL/B/215/VIII/2022/SPKT/POLRES SUMENEP/POLDA JAWA TIMUR tertanggal 24 Agustus 2022, dan laporan tersebut diterima oleh Iptu Abu Mahdura.

“Tapi sampai saat ini belum ada perkembangan. Kami terus akan menanyakan mengenai perkembagan penanganan ini,” jelas dia.

Kasi Humas Pores Sumenep AKP Widiarti mengatakan, laporan tersebut saat ini masih dalam penyelidikan. “DIlhat LP baru tgl 24 perkara masih dalam proses penyelidikan,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi melalui pedan WhatsApp.

Sementara itu Kepala Puskesmas Kalianget Drg.Yenni Trisuci mengaku peristiwa tersebut telah disampaikan pada Dinas Kesehatan dan Keluarga Berencana (Dinkes dan KB) Kabupaten Sumenep.

“Kami sdh menyampaikan informasinya ke dinas kesehatan,” ucap dia melalui pesan WhatsApp pada media ini.
