Padahal, omset yang diperoleh oleh Apotek tersebut cukup besar. Informasinya, 2021 lalu, apotek ini menghasilkan omset sebesar Rp1,7 miliar. Tentu saja ini angka yang cukup besar. Sementara di tahun 2020, hanya memperoleh omzet sebesar Rp 621 juta.
Sayangnya, dengan omset yang cukup tinggi di tahun 2021 ternyata apotek ini diduga tidak memberikan dividen sama sekali. “Hasil yang kami telusuri. Memang, tidak ada dividen dari Apotek ke PD Sumekar. Jadi, ini sangat aneh,” kata anggota komisi II, Masdawi.
Sementara Kabag Keuangan PD Sumekar AH Junaidi mengakui jika tidak pernah ada transfer dividen dari Apotek yang dikelola pihak ketiga. Pihaknya hanya menerima laporan keuangannya saja. “Kami tidak menerima dividen apapun dari Apotek, meski tahun ini omzetnya sampai 1,7 miliar,” katanya.
Sebenarnya, sambung dia, dengan omzet segitu tentu saja sudah untung. Itu setelah dikurangi HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan). “Kalau dari laporan yang kami terima, keuntungan bersih atau laba bersih itu sebsar Rp 30 juta. Namun, tidak ada yang masuk ke PD Sumekar,” ujarnya.
Mantan aktifis PMII ini mengungkapkan, padahal seharusnya pengelolaan keuangan itu menjadi PD Sumekar. Di mana laba kotor perusahaan harus langsung ke serahkan ke PD Sumekar, bukan kelola pihak ketiga.
“Seharusnya, kan masuk ke PD Sumekar, bukan lantas dikelola oleh Apotek, dan kami hanya menerima laporan keuangan saja. Jadi, tidak tahu uangnya ,” tuturnya.
2020 juga tak setor?, Junaidi mengungkapkan, jika tahun 2020 belum untung, malah merugi. Sehingga, menjadi wajar jika tidak memberikan dividen. “Tapi, kalau 2021 sudah untung, tapi juga tidak setor,” tukasnya.
Sementara Asisten II Ahmad Masuni menjelaskan, jika omset PD Sumekar terbilang cukup besar. Dan, dia hanya mengiyakan soal adanya omzet Rp 1,7 miliar itu. “Iya, tapi ini masih akan kita bahas lebih dalam,” paparnya.
Sebelumnya, sorotan atas keberadaan Apotek PD Sumekar ini disampaikan anggota komisi II. Itu lantaran keberadaanya dinilai tidak mampu memberikan dividen.
