“Ini memang sempat jadi sorotan karena saya sebagai PJ mengambil sewa tanah percaton kepada warga, tapi itu memang kewajiban hasilnya masuk PAD bukan untuk pribadi,” ungkapnya.
Dengan begitu, pihaknya dengan tegas menyampaikan, bahwa masyarakat harus paham bahwa hasil tanah percaton itu salah hasil Tahunan yang harus dimasukkan ke pendapatan Asli desa. “Itu bukan hasil untuk pribadi kades, melainkan untuk kas desa,” ujarnya.
Sementara, tanah kas desa secara yuridis menjadi aset desa berdasarkan Undang – Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, yaitu maka kepala desa atau perangkat desa tidak lagi dapat menikmati tanah kas desa sebagaimana sebelumnya yang merupakan gaji bagi mereka.
