Setidaknya 8 desa di Kecamatan Talango ada lima desa terdapat usaha tambak udang. Namun dari delapan desa lima diantaranya Desa Talango, Desa Palasa, Desa Gapurana, Desa Esang dan Desa Kombang.
Hal itu disampaikan Anggota Komisi II DPRD Kabupaten Sumenep Akis Jasuli mengatakan,
Bahwa beberapa waktu lalu Komisi II pernah melakukan inspeksi mendadak (Sidak) terhadap usaha tambak yang ada di Desa Kombang. Hanya saja Akis tidak merinci hasil temuan dalam sidak tersebut.
“Dari 8 desa di Talango, lima desa didalamnya ada usaha tambak udang,” kata Akis saat dikonfirmasi.
Meski begitu, kata dia sesuai hasil koordinasi dengan pengelola mengaku telah mengurus izin namun terdapat kendala sehingga saat itu belum selesai. “Ini hasil koordinasi waktu dulu ya, bukan yang terbaru,” jelas dia.
Menurut Akis menilai tambak udang di Sumenep lumayan banyak dan hanya terdapat beberapa usaha yang memiliki izin.
Sebagai langkah yang dilakukan, Komisi II telah melakukan rapat koordinasi bersama Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sumenep. Tujuannya untuk menginventarisir usaha tambak yang ada di kabupaten berlambangkan kudang terbang ini.
Bahkan kata Akis, Komisi II meminta data usaha tambak secara keseluruhan yang tersebar di 27 kecamatan di kota keris ini. “Namun, sampai saat ini belum disampaikan secara resmi pada kami,” tegas dia.
Apabila data tersebut telah dikasih, lanjut Politisi Partai NasDem itu mengaku akan melakukan investigasi yang tujuannya untuk melakukan penertiban agar pengusaha segera mengurus izin.
Sebab, kata Ketua Fraksi Nasdem Hanura Sejahtera (NHS) itu setiap usaha idealnya mengantongi izin, termasuk usaha tambak udang.
“Seluruh usaha memang diharuskan berizin, ya harus berizin,” tegas dia.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sumenep menegaskan usaha tambak udang di Kecamatan Talango, Pulau Poteran, Sumenep hanya satu yang memiliki izin.
“Setelah saya cek, (tambak udang yang memiliki izin) di Desa Esang Kecamatan Talango, (yang di Desa) Kombang Kayaknya tidak ada (izinnya),” kata Kukuh Agus Susyanto, Sekretaris Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja, Sumenep saat dikonformasi media ini.
Dikatakan, luas area tambak udang di Desa Esang, Kecamatan Talango, Sumenep sekitar 7 hektar dan lokasinya jauh dari bibir pantai.
Sementara tambak udang di Desa Kombang dipastikan belum mengantongi izin. “(tambak udang di Desa Kombang) lokasinya dipinggir pantai kalau tidak salah. Saya patikan tidak ada ijinnya,” tegas Kukuh.
