FGD AMOS dengan SKK Migas, Ini yang Diminta oleh Perwakilan Aktivis Kepulauan Sapudi

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Forum Group Discusion (FGD) yang di selenggarakan oleh Asosisasi Media Online Sumenep (Amos) di BallRoom Azmi Hotel Kecamatan Kota, Sumenep, Jawa Timur, membuat Pemuda Kepulauan Sapudi angkat bicara dan meminta dukungan transparansi untuk pembangunan di Pulau Sapudi.

Pasalnya, terdapat sejumlah permintaan terhadap pihak HCML dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep serta penyelenggara. Hal itu disampaikan oleh Aktivis Perwakilan J.P.K.P Kepulauan Sapudi, Misbahol Munir.

Misbah mengakatakan, acara yang difasilitasi oleh AMOS harus tetap konsisten mengawal sampai tuntas, agar keberadaan SKK Migas yang berada di laut selatan dekat dengan Pulau Sapudi bisa dirasakan betul oleh Masyarakat.

“Jangan sampai acara ini hanya sebagai formalitas saja, namun harus bisa mengawal sampai dirasakan oleh masyarakat terdampak, agar tidak hanya menjadi bualan belaka, ” tegasnya. Selasa, (2/11/2021).

Selain itu, Dia meminta agar pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep, memperlakukan dan memikirkan secara berkeadilan terhadap zona terdampak dari adanya SKK Migas.

Karena menurut dia, dengan adanya Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Participating Interest (PI), penekanannya dana yang sudah include terhadap Anggaran Perencanaan Belanja Daerah (APBD) terhadap Kepulauan terdampak harus dilakukan secara berbeda.

“Perlu adana zonasi, bukan dilakukan bagi rata, karena berbicara keadilan harus tetap dilakukan proporsional, apalagi pulau kami benar-benar terdampak,” ungkap mantan Aktivis HMI Malang itu.

Selain itu, Dia juga menekankan agar penerapan SKK Migas yang dimaksud sebagai Multiplier effect sebagai dampak berganda dari hulu SKK Migas. Hal itu, harus mendukung terhadap pembangunan perekonomian nasional maupun lokal.

Kemudian, dirinya juga sangat mendukung upaya yang diminta oleh Bupati Sumenep, dengan adanya pembinaan terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep, terutama di wilayah kepulauan terdampak.

“Sumber daya manusianya padahal tidak sedikit orang yang kompeten, makanya perlu di persiapkan terkait dengan tenaga lokal apalagi sudah melakukan eksplorasi,” ucap Misbah meniru perkataan Bupati Sumenep pada saat menyampaikan prakata via daring.

Lebih lanjut, Misbah menekan, untuk mendukung perekonomian lokal di Pulau Sapudi, dirinya meminta agar dari pihak K3S HCML, melakukan pembelanjaan di wilayah terdekat yaitu di Pulau Sapudi.

“Selagi kebutuhan konsumsi dan bahan pekerja lainnya masih bisa terpenuhi di Pulau Sapudi, maka harus mengambil barangnya disana, itu semata untuk mendukung perekonomian lokal,” jelasnya.

Tak kalah penting, dia juga menilai perlu adanya upaya transparansi CSR serta upaya pemanfaatan yang lebih difokuskan terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat.

“Jadi nanti misal ada kelompok usaha, dana CSR tersebut juga menjadi penyokong untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal,” pungkasnya.

Diketahui, acara FGD tersebut dihadiri langsung oleh pemateri, Malik Efendi (Mantan DPRD Jawa Timur Dapil Madura), Darul Hasyim Fath (Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumenep) dan Indra Zulkarnain (Kepala Departemen Humas SKK Migas Jabanusa).
