Calon Kepala Desa (Cakades) nomor urut 1, Desa /Kecamatan Talango, Kabupaten Sumenep, terancam dilaporkan. Pasalnya, calon Patahana ini, disinyalir melanggar perbup Pilkades yang sebentar lagi akan digelar pada tanggal 8 Juli 2021 besok.
Kabarnya, calon nomor urut 1 (mantan kades, red) menggelar pengajian umum mengundang kerumunan di rumahnya, yang dihadiri 200 orang lebih Jum’at, (2/7/2021) malam.
“Tadi malam calon nomor urut 2 mengundang kerumunan, yang dikemas pengajian, kira kira undangan 200 orang lebih,” kata warga setempat nama minta dirahasiakan.
Sehingga, dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 di Sumenep, calon lebih hati hati menghindari kerumunan agar tidak terjadi Klaster covid-19,” ungkapnya.
Pengawas Pilkades Desa Talango, Edy, mengaku bahwa acara itu bukan kampanye, sebab selama ini belum ada pemberitahuan dari yang bersangkutan. “Kami sudah menanyakan kepada panitia belum ada surat pemberitahuan, berarti, bukan kampanye, itu pengajian biasa”, jelas edi.
Menurutnya, dalam kewenangan pengawasan di Pilkades ini, dirinya menyatakan, kalau calon itu menggelar acara kampanye. “Kami sendiri tidak hadir, katanya itu bukan dalam rangka kampanye, tapi pengajian biasa.
“Kami sudah menyampaikan kepada semua calon, dalam kampanye jangan sampai terjadi kerumunan,” ungkapnya.
Terpisah, Aktivis Sumenep, Bagus Junaidi, merespon dengan dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh calon kades Desa Talango, nomor urut 1 yang sudah melanggar perbup prokes Pilkades.
“Itu sudah jelas mengabaikan peraturan Pilkades tentang batasan kerumunan dalam situasi covid-19 ini,” ujarnya.
Sehingga, pihaknya akan mengirim surat laporan ke, Bupati Sumenep, satgas covid, pengawas Pilkades (BPD), sampai instansi terkait agar menyikapi pelanggaran covid-19 oleh calon nomor 1 (Incumben), yang telah diatur dalam perbup.
“Sanksinya dalam pasal 68 Pilkades prokes covid-19 di perbup sudah jelas, bahkan diskualifikasi,” tegasnya.
