Sejumlah Mahasiswa dan Warga Desa Saobi Geruduk Kantor Kecamatan Kangayan

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Sejumlah warga Desa Saobi, melakukan aksi ke kantor Kecamatan Kangayan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Meminta pergantian Pj Kades Saobi, yakni Mohammad Syafi’i, (25/5/2021) lalu.

Aksi tersebut dilakukan oleh beberapa kalangan mahasiswa, Tokoh masyarakat, dan Ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) setempat.

Mereka datang, kali kedua tindak lanjut setelah aksi yang pertama, dengan lima tuntutan, yakni, menolak Mohammad Syafi’i S.pd sebagai PJ Desa Saobi, mengusut tuntas pelanggaran yang dilakukan PJ Kades Saobi, mempercepat proses pergantian Pj, Pergantian PJ harus atas persetujuan BPD, mengusulkan pemberhentian aparatur pemerintah.

“Itu aksi di kecamatan kangayan jilid 2 mengajukan 5 tuntutan kasusnya pj saobi membawa lari Istri orang dari suami sahnya Hidayat, hasil musyawarah waktu lalu” kata Tokoh Pemuda Saobi, Hartono.

Menurut Hartono, aksi tersebut meminta pergantian Pj Kades Saobi, buntut dari dugaan membawa lari istri orang, sehingga Mohammad Syafi’i harus diganti sebagai Pj Kades Saobi.

“Aksi ini buntut dari dugaan Pj kades Saobi membawa lari istri orang,” ujarnya

Pihaknya, dengan tegas, masalah Pj kades Saobi melaporkan menuntut masyarakat, khususnya Ketua BPD, dia mengklaim bunuh diri. “Saya rasa pj bunuh diri, masalah sekarang pj menuntut masyarakat saobi khususnya ketua bpdnya,” tegasnya

Sehingga, dia memastikan, rakyat Desa Saobi semua siap untuk menghadapi semua itu. “Rakyat Saobi siap menghadap semua itu,” imbuhnya.

Saat ini, pihaknya menuntut Plt Camat Kangayan sebab diduga mengintimidasi Ketua BPD untuk mencabut tuntutan yang dilayangkan ke Bupati.

“karena telah mengintimidasi ketua bpd untuk mencabut tuntutannya yang dilayangkan ke bupati kemaren, kami melakukan aksi,” ujarnya

Plt Camat Kangayan, Nurullah membenarkan adanya aksi tersebut dan membenarkan adanya permintaan pencabutan tuntutan. “Ya benar itu kemarin ada aksi meminta pergantian Pj kades Saobi. permintaan sudah diajukan ke kabupaten,” ngakunya.

Dengan permintaan pencabutan tuntutan terhadap PJ dicabut, dirinya menyatakan benar. “memang benar, kami tidak mau mengambil resiko, Karena warga minta pergantian PJ kades kami tetap terima, sudah saya kirim surat permintaan tersebut,” ucapnya.

Namun, Soal dugaan Pj membawa lari istri orang, Pihkanya sudah melakukan cek ke pihak orang tua membenarkan. “kalau memang itu bisa dibuktikan silahkan melakukan tuntutan, kami tidak bisa terlalu mengintervensi,” tegasnya.

Sebelumnya, Pj Kades Saobi, Muhamamd Syafi’i, juga melakukan perlawanan melaporkan beberapa pihak yang terlibat dalam tuduhan membawa lari istri orang dinilai fitnah atau tidak benar.

Mereka melaporkan unsur BPD, Mahasiswa, Tomas, bahkan PLT camat yang telah ikut menandatangani surat pernyataan bahwa kasus PJ Saobi Mohammad Syafi’i membawa lari istri orang ke Polres Sumenep melalui kuasa hukumnya, Ach. Supyadi, SH, bahwa informasi itu tidak benar.

“informasi itu semua tidak benar yang disampaikan oleh beberapa pihak bahwa Mohamad Syafi’i Kades Saobi, membawa istri orang,” kata Kuasa Hukum Pj Kades Saobi, Ach Supyadi, SH, MH, Senin, (24/5/2021).

Sehingga, pihaknya juga membuat laporan ke Polres Sumenep, yang telah dirugikan nama baiknya dan kehormatannya, melaporkan beberapa pihak. “Kami melaporkan pihak yang telah menyetujui tuduhan kepada PJ Kades Saobi membawa lari Istri orang,” jelasnya.

Menurutnya, saat melakukan jumpa pers, Supyadi menegaskan, semua yang dikatakan menduga kuat ada unsur tendensi tidak baik. “Ini sudah ada tendensi tidak baik kepada Mohammad Syafi’i sebagai kades Saobi,” katanya.

Dirinya, menjelaskan saat itu pada Kamis 13 Mei 2021 Mohammad Syafi’i, S,pd memberikan pelayanan di Desa Saobi,” ungkapnya.

Namun, jam 14: wib hari itu datang perempuan bernama IA sedang mengadukan problem permasalah bersama suami, dan si IA menyampaikan sepakat untuk bercerai. sehingga IA meminta Pj Saobi untuk mengantar IA kepada seorang pengacara di Arjasa.

“Jam 15 WIb Pj mengantar IA dengan mengunakan perahu dari Desa Saobi ke pelabuhan Arjasa, didalam perahu tidak hanya berdua, tapi masih ada warga lain juga ikut menumpang,” ungkapnya.

Sampai di pelabuhan, menurutnya ada yang menjemput oleh saudara Ruliyanto, tak lain sepupu dari Mohamad Syafi’i dan didalam mobil saat itu yang nyetir Pj Kades sendiri, mengantar dan langsung pulang ke rumah Ismanto.

“Keesokan harinya langsung muncul di berita bahwa klien kami membawa lari istri orang atau istri sah dari Nurul Hidayat dan terus beredar,” ungkapnya.

Bahkan, sampai ada musyawarah tertuang berita acara kasus PJ Kades Saobi, bahwa dalam berita acara disetujui Plt Kecamatan, sampai ada perwakilan mahasiswa, Tomas, dan pemuda, yang ikut dalam musyawarah tersebut, sampai berlanjut pelaporan ke bupati,” jelasnya.

Hal itu, sangat merugikan kehormatan nama baik dari kliennya dan keluarganya, sehingga pihaknya membuta laporan polisi, terhadap pihak pihak yang diduga terlibat membuat fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik yang ikut penandatanganan berita acara itu. “Itu termasuk ketua BPD dan PLT kecamatan,” tegasnya.
