SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Vaksin Covid-19 saat ini di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sudah mulai diedarkan ke 30 Puskesmas yang tersebar di wilayah kota sumekar. Bahkan, tahap pertama ada 13 orang yang sudah disuntik vaksin.

Namun, masih terdapat lima orang dengan jabatan penting di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sumenep yang gagal disuntik vaksin Sinovac yang dipastikan aman dan halal tersebut. Mereka adalah Bupati A. Busyro Karim, Wakil Bupati Achmad Fauzi, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Edy Rasyadi, Ketua DPRD A. Hamid Ali Munir, serta Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep Djamaluddin.
“Saya tidak boleh secara aturan, karena umur saya sudah 60 tahun. Kedua, saya pernah terkonfirmasi positif covid-19 sehingga saya sudah punya kekebalan secara alami,” terang Bupati A. Busyro Karim, Kamis (28/01/2021).
Untuk wakil bupati dan ketua DPRD Sumenep, keduanya tidak bisa divaksin karena hasil skrining yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya penyakit penyerta. “Iya seperti A. Hamid (ketua DPRD Sumenep, red) ini tidak bisa divaksin. Kemarin di skrining karena memang punya penyakit jantung,” ucap bupati dua periode ini.
Sementara sekda Sumenep juga tidak bisa disuntik vaksin karena yang bersangkutan pernah terkonfirmasi positif covid-19. Sedangkan kajari Sumenep punya riwayat alergi obat.
“Jadi, kalau seperti kajari Sumenep untuk sementara tidak divaksin karena alergi obat. Bukan berarti pas tidak di vaksin ya,” ujar Busyro.
Berikut kami rangkum sejumlah informasi perihal vaksinasi yang tidak dapat diberikan untuk orang-orang dengan kriteria:
1. Pernah terkonfirmasi menderita covid-19.
2. Sedang hamil atau menyusui.
3. Mengalami gejala ISPA seperti batuk/pilek/sesak napas dalam 7 hari terakhir.
4. Ada anggota keluarga serumah yang kontak erat/suspek/konfirmasi/sedang dalam perawatan karena penyakit covid-19.
5. Jika ini merupakan vaksinasi kedua, maka yang dilarang adalah jika memiliki riwayat alergi berat atau mengalami gejala sesak napas, bengkak dan kemerahan setelah divaksinasi covid-19 sebelumnya.
6. Sedang mendapatkan terapi aktif jangka panjang terhadap penyakit kelainan darah.
7. Menderita penyakit jantung (gagal jantung/penyakit jantung coroner).
8. Menderita penyakit autoimun sistemik (SLE/lupus, sjogren, vaskulitis, dan autoimun lainnya).
9. Menderita penyakit ginjal (penyakit ginjal kronis/sedang menjalani hemodialysis/dialysis peritoneal/transplantasi ginjal/sindroma nefrotik dengan kortikosteroid).
10. Menderita penyakit rematik autoimun/rhematoid arthritis.
11. Menderita penyakit saluran pencernaan kronis.
12. Menderita penyakit hipertiroid/hipotiroid karena autoimun
13. Menderita penyakit kanker, kelainan darah, imunokompromais/defisiensi imun, dan penerima produk darah/transfusi.
Untuk calon penerima vaksin yang menderita HIV, maka petugas akan menanyakan angka cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4)-nya. Bila angkanya kurang dari 200 atau tidak diketahui, maka vaksinasi tidak diberikan.
Selanjutnya untuk penderita penyakit paru, asma, PPOK, dan TBC, vaksinasi ditunda sampai kondisi pasien terkontrol baik.
Namun untuk pasien TBC dalam pengobatan, vaksinasi dapat diberikan minimal setelah dua minggu mendapat obat anti-tuberkulosis.
