Bahkan yang aneh bagi warga, pemerintah desa menganggarkan pembelian tanah sebesar Rp 48 juta untuk dibangun gedung Polindes pada anggaran tahun 2018. Padahal, pembangunan gedung tersebut dilakukan diatas tanah percaton atau tanah negara.
“Nah, ini dibeli bagaimana dan kepada siapa dibeli, ini sudah tidak masuk akal,” jelas Adnan.
Warga berharap agar pihak Inspektorat untuk melakukan langkah-langkah hukum guna mengusut persoalan yang terjadi di desa Errabu.
Inspektur Pembantu III Inspektorat Sumenep Asis Munandar menyarankan warga untuk melaporkan temuan warga secara formal. Sehingga Inspektorat bisa melakukan langkah penyelidikan. “Kami sampaikan mekanisme selama ini tehadap pelanggaran atau penyalahgunaan dan sebagainya, laporkan secara formil dilaporkan kepada bupati selaku yang punya wilayah,” katanya.
Apabila ada disposisi dari Bupati lanjut Asis, Inspektorat bisa melakukan langkah-langkah untuk mengusut persoalan yang terjadi. “Kalau ada disposisi, baru bisa melangkah,” jelas Asis. (asm/red)
