Beredar Foto besama Calon Bupati (Cabup) Sumenep, Madura,Jawa Timur, nomor urut 2, diduga seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) beredar lewat salah satu pesan group aplikasi.
Foto oknum kepala sekolah di Pulau Masalembu bersama calon bupati Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, nomor urut 2, beredar di salah satu grup aplikasi perpesanan.
Foto bersama tersebut diduga adalah oknum Kepala Sekolah SDN Kramean IV Pulau Masalembu, Dalam pesan gambar itu, terlihat oknum berfoto memakai kaos berkerah putih besama seorang laki laki berpakaian hitam dengan memakai topi.
Kelihatannya gambar tersebut di ambil foto di pelabuhan kalianget dan keduanya sama sama menunjukkan dua jari.
Menurut keterangan sumber asal Masalembu, yang enggan disebut namanya, bahwa foto tersebut adalah foto Kepala Sekolah SDN Kramean IV bersama Cabup Sumenep nomor urut 2 itu tersebar di salah satu grup aplikasi perpesanan pada Minggu, 25 Oktober 2020.
“Foto tersebut tersebar sekitar pukul 9, Mas,” tuturnya, Minggu, 25 Oktober 2020, malam.
Terpisah, Kepala Sekolah SDN Kramean IV, Syaiful Rijal, membenarkan bahwa foto yang beredar itu memang foto dirinya saat di pelabuhan Kalianget.
“Iya Mas. Tadi saya ngantar barang ke kapal. Lihat (ada) ramai orang selfi, saya juga ikut selfi. Gitu aja, Mas. Tidak ada maksud lain,” ungkapnya.
“Saya tidak tau akan terjadi seperti ini, cuma kebetulan melihat rame rame, dan ikut berfoto,” katanya saat dihubungi melalui sambungan selulernya, senin (26/10/2020).
ditanya apakah sudah tau bahwa PNS itu harus netral, dia mengaku lupa tidak memikirkan ke arah sana, namun juga mengaku tidak kenal dengan Fatta Jasin.
“Saya tidak pernah main politik, hanya waktu itu ketemu di Kalianget dengan Fatta Jasin dan merasa pingin foto saat fatta Jasin turun dari kapal,” kilahnya.
Perlu diketahui, secara aturan ASN harus netral dalam pelakasanaan pemilihan kepala daerah. Sebelumnya, Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Sumenep telah mengingatkan mengenai hal itu.
