Baru Seumur Jagung Pekerjaan Proyek Hotmix di Pragaan Sudah Rusak

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Proyek jalan hotmix yang berlokasi di Pasar Pasar Lajuh Prenduan menuju Pasar Kojuk, Desa Prenduan, Kecamatan Pragaan, Kabupaten Sumenep, disoal.

Pasalnya, proyek yang masih seumur jagung sudah mulai rusak. Padahal, proyek tersebut baru selesai dikerjakan beberapa hari lalu. Kabarnya pekerjaan dengan Anggaran Rp.2,4 Miliyar.

Bahkan, di lokasi proyek tersebut, juga tidak dilengkapi papan nama. Tak heran, jika warga tidak mengetahui proyek tersebut merupakan kegiatan yang didanai Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Sumenep.

Ketua Komunitas Pemuda Anti Korupsi (Kompak) Sumenep, Imam Hanafi. menyayangkan jalan poros yang menuju jalan raja Pasar ganding tersebut sudah rusak yang masih beberapa hari baru selesai dikerjakan. “Kami menduga proyek yang dikerjakan kurang pemadatan dan asal-asalan”, ungkapnya.

Terbukti, Jelas Imam, kondisi jalan saat ini sudah rusak. “Saat ini kondisi aspal mengelupas,” ucapnya kepada media ini, Selasa (30/06/2020).

Imam mengungkapkan, aspal hotmix tersebut di duga tipis sehingga tidak kuat menahan beban. Dia menduga, proyek tersebut dikerjakan asal-asalan. Indikasinya, hasil pekerjaan tidak bertahan lama.

“Saya sangat menyanyangkan pekerjaan yang baru seumur jagung sudah rusak. Dugaan kami pengerjaan proyek tersebut tidak sesuai dengan RAB,” ungkapnya.

“Berdasarkan pantauan kami, proyek itu dikerjakan asal-asalan dan buru-buru. Sehingga menguatkan kecurigaan kami kalau pengerjaan proyek tersebt asal jadi,” timpalnya.

Sebab itu, dia berharap, pemerintah atau DPRD komisi III dan segera mengevaluasi pelaksana proyek. Karena Imam menduga pihak kontraktor tidak professional.

“Ini membuktikan bahwa oknum pelaksana lapangan atau oknum kontraktor tidak professional. Jadi, pihak dinas terkait harus bertindak tegas terhadap oknum kontraktor nakal yang mengerjakan proyek asal-asalan itu,” tegasnya.

“Jika dalam waktu dekat tidak segera di tindaklanjuti, kami akan ngeluruk dinas terkait atau DPRD Kabupaten Sumenep,” tambah Imam.

Sementara, Kepala Dinas PU. BINA Marga, Kabupaten Sumenep, belum bisa diklarifikasi dengan persoalan proyek tersebut.
