Kapolres Sumenep, Madura Jawa Timur, kirim surat ke Ketua DPRD setempat, terkait dugaan salah satu anggota Komisioner Komisi Informasi (KI) dugaan rangkap jabatan
“Ya Kapolres Surati Ketua DPRD Sumenep terkait dugaan rangkap jabatan anggota Komisioner KI Sumenep,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Sumenep, AKP Oskar, rabu, (22/4/2020) lewat WhatsAAP nya.
Jelas Oskar, salah satu anggota Komisioner KI, masih beracara pada praperadilan kasus beras oplosan kemarin.
Namun, tidak hanya itu, selain itu Komisioner KI ini juga, masih beracara di beberapa kasus lainnya di polres Sumenep. “Itu tidak hanya satu ya, anggota Komisioner KI ini beracara banyak masih yang lainnya,” jelasnya.
Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPRD) Sumenep, Abdul Hamid Ali Munir membenarkan dengan surat yang dilayangkan polres setempat.
“Surat saya disposisikan ke Komisi I untuk dilakukan hearing atau nanti yang bersangkutan dipanggil. Untuk lebih jelasnya langsung ke Komisi I,” kata Katua DPRD saat ditemui diruangannya, Rabu (22/4/2020).
Terpisah, Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumenep, Darul Hasyim Fath, juga membenarkan dan mengaku telah menerima surat dari Polres tersebut.
“Surat dari Polres sudah kita terima. Kemarin kita terima suratnya,” kata Darul usai rapat fraksi.
Darul menjelaskan, mekanisme yang ada di parlemen, pihaknya akan plenokan itu di Komisi, untuk membentuk majelis mejelis etik. Namun kemudian diputuskan dan ditindak lanjuti dan pemanggilan yang bersangkutan “Kita akan panggil anggota Komisioner KI,” terangnya.
Sehingga, politisi PDI Perjuangan asal kepulauan ini, menegaskan tidak boleh ada lagi contempt of court. Sebab melawan Peradilan itu tidak boleh.
“Jadi gak ada lagi tawar menawar banding, karena keputusan peradilan itu, keputusan majelis hakim memeriksa substansi perkara berwatak pidana beradministrasi keperdataan,” tegasnya.
Disinggung mengenai seperti apa surat yang dilayangkan Polres Sumenep, Darul enggan berkomentar. “Nanti aja tunggu hasil rapatnya seperti apa,” tutpnya.
