Ketua RT 1 Desa Kolor, Ibnu Hajar mengatakan, bahwa penyemprotan cairan disenfektan untuk memutus penyebaran Virus Corona atau Covid-19 ini, dilakukan secara gratis ke setiap rumah warga.
“Kami hanya peduli saja kepada warga, sebab,virus corona ini tidak bisa dibuat remeh, karena hewan kecil itu membunuh manusia tanpa dilihat oleh kasat mata,” katanya.
Sehingga, kata Ibnu, selama ini pihak dinas kesehatan Sumenep, tidak pernah memberikan bantuan penyemprotan cairan disenfektan ke rumah warga RT 1 RW 6 ini.
“Makanya kami harus berupaya se diri untuk melakukan penyeprotan secara gratis ke tiap rumah warga, dinkes sepertinya kurang peduli,” ungkapnya.
Namun dengan itu, Ketua RT ini, mempunyai gagasan sendiri, berfikir bagaiman jika setiap warga melakukan penyemprotan terhadap masing-masing rumah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona ini, khususnya di RTnya. “Saya yakini RT 01 RW 06 yang jumlah nya ada sekitar 125 rumah mampu walau tanpa dibantu pemerintah,” ungkapnya, Kamis (26/3/2020).
Ibnu melanjutkan, bahwa seluruh biaya atau anggaran penyemprotan diambilkan dari kas RT nya, sebab menurutnya dia tidak akan membebani warganya dalam situasi seperti sekarang ini.
“Tidak ada bantuan darimana pun juga, baik pemerintah, dinas kesehatan ataupun bantuan desa, semuanya murni uang warga setempat yang kita ambil dari kas RT, dan biaya yang dihabiskan pun hanya sekitar Rp.550.000 ribu” terangnya.
Namun kata Ibnu, pihaknya meminta kiranya pemerintah berkenan memberikan kewenangan agar ia selaku ketua RT bisa melakukan scanaring atau ceklist bagi setiap pendatang atau warga yang baru datang masuk ke wilayah RT nya untuk memantau apakah orang tersebut ODP, ODR atau PDP.
