Tambang Galian C Ilegal di Nunggunung Bebas Beroprasi, Polsek Tutup Mata?

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Galian C diduga ilegal beroperasi di wilayah Kecamatan Nunggunung, Pulau Sapudi, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, penegak hukum diminta tindak tegas. Pasalnya galian yang beroperasi tersebut, merusak lingkungan, apalagi tidak berizin.

“Jangan tebang pilih penegak hukum menindak tegas pelaku galian c ilegal,” kata Aktifis LIPK Kepulauan , Adi Podey kepada media ini, Rabu (13/03/20).

Sehingga, penegak hukum jangan terkesan tutup mata dan tebang pilih dengan pelaku galian C ilegal yang berada di kecamatan nunggunung, sebab, kegiatan itu jelas jelas tidak berizin, sehingga sudah dipastikan masuk rana pidana.

Selain itu, lanjut Adi Podey, keberadaan galian C ilegal itu juga sangat merugikan negara, karena tidak membayar pajak serta merusak lingkungan. Apalagi tidak bezin.

“Pemerintah dan penegak hukum mesti ada tindakan, saya yakin Polsek Nunggunung mengetahui perbuatan ilegal tersebut, namun menjadi pertanyaan kenapa ada kesan pembiaran,” ucapnya.

Kapolsek Nunggunung, Iptu Nurkholis menyangkal jika itu ada pembiaran, bahwa hal itu sudah dilakukan sosialisasi dengan para pelaku penambang galian C.

“Kami tidak membiarkan, tentang pelaku penambang Galian c dan sudah dilakukan sosialiasasi,” ungkapnya.

Sementara, Nurkholis mengaku, di Kecamatan Nunggunong aktifitas galian C liar, ada 13 penambang.

“Kami meminta kepada pelaku penambang agar segara mengurus ijin galian C itu, susah atau tidak mengurus izin, terserah merekalah,” tegasnya.
