Dalam kegiatan Tahun Kunjungan Wisata atau Visit Sumenep 2019 dimulai pada bulan Maret ini, dengan berbagai rangkaian yang digelar Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Kawa Timur,
Pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan promosi destinasi wisata tahun ini, 80 persen tidak memakai anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah (APBD), Namun lebih banyak memakai pihak ketiga.
“Anggaran kegiatan Kunjungan Wisata Sumenep pada tahun ini hampir 80 persen sumber dananya tidak menggunakan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Sumenep,” kata
Wakil Bupati Sumenep, Achmad Fauzi, SH.
Setelah dilakukan pembahasan oleh pihak-pihak terkait, kata orang nomor dua dilingkungan pemkab sumenep ini, hasilnya pada bulan Maret atau akhir pekan ini kegiatan pertama digelar mulai pagi hingga malam.
“Jadi sesuai dengan agenda kegiatan Tahun Kunjungan Wisata Sumenep, bahwa kegiatan pertama kali yakni Festival Pemuda Indonesia Berkreasi (FPIB) pada tanggal 10 Maret 2019.” jelasnya.
Suami Nia Kurnia ini menyatakan, pada awal kalender kegiatan itu tidak hanya diadakan FPIB saja, namun sekaligus dilaksanakan pembukaan pertama Kalender Kunjungan Wisata Sumenep 2019, yang ditempatkan di Pantai Slopeng Kecamatan Dasuk.
“Kami telah menyiapkan berbagai kegiatan untuk peluncuran atau grand opening kalender Kunjungan Wisata Sumenep 2019, seperti Jikustik Band dan NOS serta beragam tarian tradisional baik tari topeng, muang sangkal dan musik tong-tong kontemporer.” imbuh pengusaha muda sukses ini.
Wakil Bupati mengungkapkan, jumlah rangkaian kegiatan Kunjungan Wisata Sumenep 2019 sejak bulan Maret hingga Desember sebanyak 40 kegiatan.
