SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –

Upacara dimulai tanggal 26 februari 2019 pada pukul 9:00 wib. Sebelum dimulai gladi pasukan diikuti Pasukan Upacara Non TNI-Polri terdiri dari 1 SST Satpol PP Kabupaten Sumenep, 1 SST Dishub Kabupaten Sumenep, 1 SSR FKPPI/PPM/Menwa, 1 SST Banser, 1 SSR Mahasiswa, dan 2 SST Siswa SMA/SMK (Pramuka).
Pasukan Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) 0287 dan Satuan Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Sumenep dengan tegar dan semangat agar pelaksanaan upacara itu berjalan dengan sukses.
Pada pelaksanaan upacara hari ini, dihadiri tamu Pangdam V Brawijaya, dan juga banyak pihak akan berpartisipasi, baik dari pihak TNI, Polri, maupun masyarakat sipil. Pada upacara itu akan bertindak sebagai Irup Upacara yakni Bupati Sumenep, Abuya Busyro Karim, Komandan Upacara Kapten Inf Galang Prayitno, dan Perwira upacara Kapten Arm Muasari.
Pelaksanaan TMMD ke-104 Kodim 0827 Sumenep mengambil tema “Melalui TMMD kita tingkatkan kebersamaan umat serta semangat gotong royong dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara guna mewujudkan ketahanan nasional”.
Komandan Kodim (Dandim) 0827 Sumenep, Letkol. Inf. Ato Sudiatna berharap pelaksanaan TMMD ke-104 di Kecamatan Batuputih bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Pada pelaksanaan upacara pembukaan hari ini, masyarakat dapat berpatisipasi aktif.
