SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Sidang gugatan sengketa Informasi digelar Komisi Informasi (KI) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, yang menyeret delapan Kepala Desa (Kades) di Kecamatan Dasuk, Sumenep, selasa (8/1/2019).

“Kami pemohon meminta data itu ke KI, sebab tidak dipenuhi desa. Sebagai warga negara yang memiliki peran pengawasan kepada masyarakat, ” katanya dihadapan majelis.
Ketua KI Sumenep Hawiyah Karim mengaku kecewa dengan tidak hadirnya termohon dalam hal ini Kades di delapan desa kecamatan Dasuk. “Jadi, kami sangat sesalkan ketidakhadirannya. Padahal, ini penting, ” katanya kepada sejumlah media.
Dia menegaskan, itu menandakan jika Kesadaran termohon dalam hal ini kades atas keterbukaan informasi sangat rendah. Sehingga, pihaknya mengklaim dan menodai hak masyarakat.
