Hingga per 1 Januari 2019 dua pejabat memasuki masa pensiun. Hal ini kekosongan pejabat dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, semakin membengkak.
Dua pejabat itu diantaranya, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Ach. Shadik dan Kepala Bakesbangpol Kafrawi. Dengan begitu, maka kekosongan jabatan kota Sumekar ini bertambah menjadi lima. Yakni, Bina Marga, BPPKA (Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset) serta Asisten.
Hal ini, diakui Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Sumenep Edy Rasyadi, bahwa jika ada dua pejabat yang memasuki pensiun per 1 Januari. “Dengan begitu, ada lima jabatan yang belum dijabat oleh pejabat definitif di lingkungan pemkab Sumenep ini, ” katanya.
Dia menuturkan, untuk sementara waktu, kekosongan itu akan dijabat oleh Plt (Pelaksana Tugas). Itu agar kepemimpinan di OPD (Organsiasi Perangkat Daerah) yang ditinggalkan tidak vakum. “Akan segera kami usulkan Plt nya kepada Bapak Bupati, ” ucapnya serius.
Hanya saja, dia menegaskan pihaknya juga akan segera melakukan pengisian jabatan kosong dengan cara Assesmen dan lelang jabatan. “Nanti akan assesmen dan dilakukan lelang jabatan, ” ucapnya tanpa menyebutkan waktu pelaksanaan.
