Ahmad Fauzi (22) Warga Dusun Gunung Lanjeng, Desa Beringin, Kecamatan Daduk, harus meringkuk ditahanan, setelah Satuan Resmob Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, melakukan penangkapan terlibat tindak pidana pencurian.
Pasalnya, pria ini melakukan pencurian kendaraan bermotor milik Intan Intan Dewi Setiyawati, Warga Perum Pesona Satelit blok L no. 2 Desa Kolor Kecamatan Kota Sumenep.
Kasubbag Humas Polres Sumenep AKP Mohammad Heri mengatakan berdasarkan laporan Ahmad Fauzi melakukan pencurian pada Rabu, 21 November 2018 sekira pukul 20.30 wib. Saat itu sepeda milik korban diparkir digerasi yang berada didalam rumah korban. Saat diparkir kontak sepeda Yamaha Vino itu menempel di sepeda motor.
“Sementara pemilik motor saat sedang makan di dalam rumah bersama dengan adiknya,” kata Heri dalam rilisnya.
Saat itu pelaku masuk kedalam tempat sepeda korban diparkir. Pelaku membawa motor dari tempat parkir dengan kondisi mesin mati. Namun, setelah 5 meter dari lokasi, aksi pelaku diketahui pemiliknya. “Korban bersama adiknya mengetahui jika sepeda motornya dicuri orang, sehingga terjadi tarik menarik dan akhirnya tersangka melarikan diri,” jelasnya.
Namun pelarian pelaku tidak berhasil dan warga menangkap pelaku. “Setelah dilakukan pengejaran, tersangka berhasil ditangkap oleh warga sekitar bersama dengan petugas kepolisian,” jelasnya.
Sementara barang bukti yang diamankan polisi berupa 1 unit sepeda motor Yamaha Vino dengan nomor Polisi M-5773-WN, satu buah kaos warna biru dongker dan sepasang sandal warna abu abu.
Saat ini pelaku beserta barang buktinya diamankan di Mapolres Sumenep dan pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. (Asm/Red)
