SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Kasus dugaan pungutan liar program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) tahun 2016-2017 Desa Prenduan, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sudah melakukan penahanan tehadap tersangka Sekdes waktu hari kemarin. Nampaknya hal itu Kepala Desa juga berpotensi akan jadi tersangka.
“Kades dalam kasus ini masih didalamnya, mungkin bisa jadi kades, karena kita masih mempunyai alat bukti, gampang itu untuk menetapkan tersangka,” kata Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Sumenep Bambang Panca Wahyudi Hariadi, Senin (8/10/2018).
Lanjutnya, Kenapa Sekretaris Desa yang ditetapkan tersangka dan dilakukan penahanan, kata bambang, sebab Sekdes ditahan karena melihat alat bukti, “yang aktif menarik pungutan kan sekdes sebagai ketua pelaksana dalam program PTSL,” ucapnya.

Sumenep melakukan penahanan terhadap Sekretaris Desa (Sekdes) Prenduan, Kecamatan Pragaan, Mahtum Shaleh, dalam kasus dugaan pungli PTSL pada Senin, 24 September 2018 lalu sesudah dilakukan pemeriksaan.
Ditahannya sekdes Mahtum Shaleh. setelah dilakukan serangkaian pemeriksaan atas kasus dugaan pungutan liar program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) tahun 2016-2017.
Pemeriksaan itu dilakukan sekitar tiga jam mulai sekitar pukul 10.00 Wib hingga sekitar pukul 13.00 Wib. Setelah penyidik menemukan alat bukti perkara itu langsung dinaikan ke tahap penyidikan dan penahanan.
Sementara, pasal yang disangkakan yakni Pasal 12 huruf D Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 sebagaimana perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.
Ancaman hukumannya maksimal 20 tahun penjara dan denda maksimal 1 Milyar. (Asm)
