“Ada penyimpangan sedikit terkait dalam pengambilan simple di gudang-gudang, nanti akan sidak ke gudang – gudang pembeli sudah direncanakan Minggu ini,” Katanya.

Dujelaskan, bahwa masalah Timbangan masih belum diketahui, Anggota dewan itu akan melakukan sidak langsung sekaligus kroscek semuanya, baik itu terkait Timbangan, simple dan lain sebagainya.

“Ketemu Minggu inilah terkait itu, nanti sidak langsung dikroscek keseluruhan,” tukas dia.

Sebelumnya Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Pengawasaan Barang beredar Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag), Nurul Hidayati bahwa,
pengambilan sampel tembakau tidak boleh lebih dari 1 kilogram.

“Sesuai peraturan daerah (Perda) Nomor 04 Tahun 2015 pasal 16 ayat 2,” Pungkasnya. (Imam/Red)
