Sekda Sumenep: Akhir Tahun Ini ASN Jajaran Pemkab Berpakaian Seragam Dinas Sesuai Aturan

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
ASN diharapkan mematuhi peraturan keseragaman terkait penggunaan seragam dinas untuk mewujudkan identitas kedisiplinan dan pengabdian ASN.

“Kami berharap akhir tahun ini, semua ASN di jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep bisa berseragam dinas sesuai aturan, sehingga semua Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan Kecamatan mempersiapkan diri untuk melaksanakan penggunaan pakaian dinas,” kata Ir. Edy Rasiyadi, M.Si Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Sumenep.

Menurutnya, penggunaan pakaian dinas khas daerah dipakai setiap hari Selasa, dengan ketentuannya adalah pakaian dinas khas daerah Ganalan Billa Banten dipakai untuk pegawai pria bawahan celana panjang warna hitam dengan menggunakan blangkon/odeng Gantong Rek-kerek.

Sedangkan pakaian dinas khas sonok untuk pegawai wanita dengan bawahan rok sampir dengan menggunakan kerudung warna coklat muda. “Mengenai penggunaan pakaian dinas batik bermotif atau bercorak batik Sumenep dipakai setiap hari Kamis dan pakaian dinas batik bermotif batik nusantara atau bebas, dipakai setiap hari Jumat dan Sabtu,” ungkap Edy Rasyadi.

Hal ini kata Edy Rasyadi, Surat Edaran tersebut merujuk kepada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) RI Nomor 6 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Ke Tiga Atas Permendagri Nomor 60 Tahun 2007 tentang Pakaian Dinas Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Departemen Dalam Negeri dan Pemerintah Daerah.

“Akibat adanya Permendagri itu, pakaian dinas ASN di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep yang sebelumnya telah ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Bupati Sumenep, Nomor 54 tahun 2012 sudah tidak relevan lagi.

“Perlu dilakukan penyesuaian sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Sumenep Nomor 68 Tahun 2017 tentang Pakaian Dinas Aparatur Sipil Negara di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep,” ucapnya.

Namun, menurut mantan Kepala Dinas PU Bina Marga ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sumenep, memberlakukan aturan baru pakaian dinas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di jajarannya. Pemberlakuan pakaian dinas itu sesuai dengan Surat Edaran (SE) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Sumenep, Nomor 065/927/435.032.2/2018 tentang Penggunaan Pakaian Dinas. (Asm/Red)
