SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Pada umumnya, padi akan dapat dipanen pada umur 30-35 hari setelah berbunga dengan 95% tanaman padi berwarna kuning. Serta gabah telah rontok jika diremas menggunakan tangan, dan memiliki kadar air sekitar 21-26%.

Kegiatan tersebut secara nyata dimulai pagi hingga siang dilakukan pendampingan oleh anggota Koramil 0827/03 Manding yaitu Serka Suwoko Babinsa Manding Laok yang mana pada saat itu membantu warga binaan yang sedang melaksanakan panen padi. Rabu, (9/5/2018).

Dalam proses panen padi tersebut, Bersama warga Serka Suwoko anggota Ramil 03/Manding tampak semangat membantu warganya, bahkan sampai turun juga untuk mengambil padi dan meminggul gabah yang sudah dimasukkan kedalam karung.

Disela Serka Suwoko membantu warga beliau mengatakan bahwa, produksi beras yang melimpah di Kecamatan Manding khususnya merupakan hasil kerja keras para petani. Selain itu, juga berkat keterampilan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep. “Ini tentu kerja keras dari para petani yang sering dilupakan orang dan juga berkat keterampilan Dinas Pertanian, para penyuluh dilapangan (PPL) serta ketelaudanan para Babinsa yang selalu mendampingi,” ungkapnya.

Dengan hasil pertanian yang maksimal maka akan bisa mencukupi kebutuhan sendiri. Selain itu, kita juga bisa menyumbang beras untuk digunakan warga masyarakat di luar daerah yang membutuhkan, kalau kita kaitkan ke ajaran agama sangat-sangat luar biasa pahalanya kaum petani, karena bukan hanya dikonsumsi sendiri atapun dimakan sendiri tetapi juga dibutuhkan dikalangan warga masyarakat di seluruh penjuru dunia, “pungkas Serka Suwoko.
