Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Jawa Timur (Jatim) turun lokasi untuk menkroscek buku c terkait sengketa tanah di Desa Gunggung, Kecamatan Batuan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Senin (7/5/2018).
Kuasa Hukum pihak penggugat Achmad Farid Mengatakan, Turunnya PTUN langsung Hakim Ketua bersama Panetra untuk mengkroscek lokasi dan buku Letter C terkait sengketa tanah seluas 5 hektar yang digugat oleh Moh Taufikurrahman sebagai pewaris atas nama Abd Sakur sesuai buku c di sertifikat oleh YPS (Yayasan Penembahan Sumolo).
“Setelah kita melakukan gugatan, kita bersama PTUN jatim melakukan pemeriksaan setempat untuk meyakinkan kebenaran dari tanah penggugat itu,” katanya.
Menurutnya, sejak pemeriksaan pertama lokasi tanah sudah benar. Namun, yang aneh dari YPS sendiri tidak tau dengan lokasi tanah yang disertifikat itu sendiri.
“Sudah diberi tau hak pakai sertifikat nomor 10, tapi tidak tau tempatnya kan aneh. wong dia yang menyertifikat itu, ini contoh contoh, lalu dia menyertifikat dulu seperti apa,” ungkapnya.
Farid menyampaikan, saat pertemuan dibalai desa gunggung yang dihadirkan dari YPS, dia mengelola tanah sejak tahun 1975, atas perintah YPS, akan tetapi YPS (Yayasan Penembahan Sumolo) berdiri pada tahun 1984. ” ini kan tidak masuk akal, itu saya sampaikan kepada mejelis hakim saat di balai desa” ucapnya.
Namun, menurut Farid, hamparan tanah atas nama Abd Sakur itu seluas 1510 (1,5hektar), itu ada empat sertifikat.
