SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) — Kepala Desa Kolo-Kolo, Kecamatan Arjasa, Pulau Kangean, dilaporkan secara resmi kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur. Laporan tersebut terkait kasus pendistribusian Bantuan Beras Untuk Warga Miskin( Raskin) diduga kuat lima tahun tidak disalurkan kepada penerima mamfaat.
Berdasarkan surat laporan resmi Laskar Anti Korupsi Indonesia (Laki) Sumenep, tertanggal pada Jumat, 23 Pebruari 2018, Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep.
“Kami Laki sudah melaporkan secara resmi kades Kolo-Kolo ke Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep,” kata Ketua LAKI Sumenep Bagus Junaidi, jum’at (23/02/2018) kepada media ini.
Pasalnya, Kepala Desa Kolo-Kolo, Kecamatan Arjasa, diduga sejak tahun 2013 sampai sekarang hanya sekali memberikan uang kepada warga penerima sebesar Rp 40 ribu dan diakui uang tersebut sebagai pengganti beras miskin (Raskin).
“Hal ini berdasarkan fakta informasi (hasil investigasi) di lapangan dan dapat dibuktikan secara nyata nantinya dalam penyelidikan oleh Kejaksaan negeri Sumenep,” ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, penyampaian laporan itu kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep, bahwa Program Raskin pendistribusiannya beras seharusnya sebanyak 15 kilogram kepada setiap rumah tangga sasaran setiap bulannya dengan harga tebus Rp. 16.000 per kilogram dititik distribusi.
“Akan tetapi tidak demikian, Kepala Desa Kolo-Kolo diduga beras tersebut tidak pernah dibagikan kepada masyarakat,” jelasnya.
Kendati demikian, pihaknya berharap sebagai bentuk informasi awal atas laporan / pengaduan, kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep, diharapkan Kejaksaan agar menindak lanjuti dan mengusut tuntas adanya dugaan penyimpangan pendistribusian raskin tersebut.
“Kejaksaan harus profesional dalam menangani kasus ini, jangan sampai sebelumnya cenderung hilang begitu saja tanpa ada kejelasan tindak lanjutnya, dan tidak ada tebang pilih,”harapnya. (Asm)
