Komplotan Pencuri Diamankan Polres Sumenep, Ternyata Anak Dibawah Umur

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
SB (14) asal Dusun Jurang Ara, Desa Banuaju Barat, Kecamatan Batang-Batang, diamankan
Kepolisian Resort Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, diduga masuk komplotan pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan.

SB terakhir melancarkan aksinya di depan warung Rama Desa Pangarangan, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, pada Jum’at 2 Februari 2018 sekitar pukul 13.30 Wib. SB hendak mengambil barang di dalam mobil Isuzu Panther yang diparkir.

Namun, aksinya keburu kepergok pemilik sehingga SB diamankan warga. “Setelah itu pelaku langsung diamankan ke Mapolres untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan,” kata Kapolres Sumenep AKBP Fadillah Zulkarnaen kepada sejumlah media saat press Release.

Menurutnya, Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan, SB mengakui jika telah melakukan pencurian didalam mobil Mistsubishi L300 yang diparkir di Masjid Jamik Sumenep.

Namun, Saat itu SB berhasil mencuri uang tunai sebesae Rp31 juta dan tiga unit HP yang diletakkan di dalam mobil Mitsubishi L-300.

“Mobil itu milik jemaah dan ditinggal untuk shalat Jum’at,” jelasnya.

Modus yang dilakukan pelaku dengan cara menggeser kaca mobil yang tidak dikunci, dan masuk ke dalam mobil melalui kaca mobil tersebut. Setelah itu keluar dari pintu mobil.

“Kalau motifnya pelaku melakukan pencurian dengan untuk keuntungan pribadi,” jelasnya.

Setelah itu, hasil curian tersebut diserahkan kepada Ach Marsuki alias Kiki (27) yang berprofesi sebagai bengkelasal Jl. MH. Thamrin Gg. 1 No. 13 Desa Pangarangan.

Hasil tindak pidana kejahatan tersebut, dibagi rata kepada SB, Budi alias Pak Yo (52) asal Dusun Pasar Kayu, Desa Pabian, Syaiful Bahri alias Ipol (26) asal Dusun Garantong, Deda Batang-Batang Daya Kecamatan Batang-Batang dan Jeky Saputra (18) seorang pelajar yang beralamatkan di Jl. Kurma Gg. III Desa Pangarangan Kecamatan Kota Sumenep, dan

“JS (Jeky Saputra) sebagai penadah dalam kasus pencurian barang di dalam mobil itu,” jelasnya.

Saat ini keempat tersangka telah diamankan di Mapolres Sumenep untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatan mereka.

Barang bukti yang diamankan berupa uang tunai Rp8.6 juta, satu unit HP merk ASUS warna merah kombinasi hitam, satu unit HP merk Samsung warna biru, satu buah dompet terbut dari kulit warna hitam, satu unit sepeda motor merk Yamaha RX-Z warna hitam dengan nomor polisi M-4643-VM, satu unit sepeda motor merk Yamaha RX-Spesial warna hitam, nomor polisi M-6137-VS.

SB dijerat dengan Pasal 363 ayat (1) ke 5e, sementara Ach Marsuki alias Kiki, Budiryo alias Pak YO, Syaiful Bahri alias Ipol dan Keky Saputra dijerat Pasal 480 ayat (1) ke 1e.

“Meskipun SB masih dibawah umur tetap diproses sesuai Undang-undang. Karena SB sudah berkali-kali melakukan pencurian,” tegasnya. (Asm)
