Kepala Unit Pelaksana Tugas (UPT) pendidikan, Kecamatan/Pulau Raas, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dipanggil Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Sumenep (DPKS) senin 13 November 2017.
Pemanggilan UPT pendidikan Raas tersebut, sebagai tindak lanjut atas informasi Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Gua-gua I, Kecamatan/Pulau Raas, Adim yang dikabarkan lima tahun tidak ngantor.
“Tadi sudah kami panggil, sesuai informasi yang kami terima kepala sekolah SDN Gua-gua tidak pernah ngantor,” kata Badrul juru bicara DPKS.
Dijelaskan, pemanggilan kepala UPT itu karena sebagai penanggungjawab. Karena aktif dan tidaknya kepala sekolah tergantung ketegasan kepala UPT sebagai atasan ditingkat Kecamatan.
Selama ini masyarakat telah mengklaim Kepala UPT lalai mengawasi bawahannya. Sehingga meskipun lama diduga tidak ngantor tetap dibiarkan.
“Untuk menjawab itu semua maka kami panggil Kepala UPT selaku yang bertanggungjawab disana. Jika itu benar, kenapa kok ini bisa lepas dari amatan selama ini,” jelas Badrul.
Ternyata alasan tidak ngantornya kepala sekolah tersebut lanjut Badrul, karena Adim lagi sakit dan struk ringan. Namun, kepala UPT membantah jika yang bersangkutan tidak ngantor selama lima tahun. Adim tetap ngantor ketika ada kapal yang melayani rute Kalianget-Raas.
“Yang namanya sakit, apalagi struk ringan itu sudah tidak maksimal saat menjalankan tugasnya. Kami harap Disdik (Dinas Pendidikan) segera mempertimbangkan,” tegas Badrul.
Sementara itu, Kepala Disdik Sumenep A Shadik belum bisa dimintai keterangan. Saat dikonformasi di tempat kerjanya tidak ada. Begitu pula saat dihubungi melalui sambungan teleponnya tidak merespon meskipun nada sambungnya terdengar aktif. (Asm/irwan)
