SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Ajeng Ayu Sayrifah Atlet Renang Kabupaten Sumenep yang berhasil menyabet 9 medali pada Kejuaraan Renang Antar Kabupaten/Kota se-Indonesia 2024 mendapat apresiasi dari Danrem 084/BJ Brigjen TNI Yusman Madayun, S.I.P.
Sembilan medali itu meliputi 8 medali emas, 1 medali perak, seluruhnya di raih oleh Ajeng Ayu Syarifah pada pada Kejurda yang dilaksanakan di kolam Renang Dispora Jawa Timur.
Bahkan atas perolehan itu, Ajeng juga dinobatkan sebagai perenang terbaik di kelompok umur dua putri.
Brigjen TNI Yusman Madayun yang saat itu usai memimpin Sertijab Dandim Sumenep pada Rabu (15/5) kemarin turut memberikan apresiasi kepada Ajeng Ayu Syarifah putri dari Peltu Faruk Batuud Koramil 0827/06 Saronggi.
Ia mengatakan agar prestasi yang di peroleh Ajeng Ayu dipelihara dan dijaga.
“Tentu senang mendengarnya, anak ini masih SMP kelas satu namun prestasinya luar biasa, saya titip pesan kepada Peltu Faruk sebagai ayahnya agar terus di asah bakatnya, lanjutkan sampai tingkat nasional,” pesan Brigjen TNI Yusman Madayun. Kamis (16/5/2024).
Sementara, Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Inf Yoyok Wahyudi, S.I.P.,M.Han menuturkan prestasi yang di raih Ajeng Ayu Sayrifah tentunya membanggakan, karena ajang Kejurda Renang itu diikuti oleh atlet-atlet se Indonesia di atas seusianya.
“Ini sangat membanggakan, anak seusia Ajeng bisa mengalahkan atlet-atlet yang lain,” ujarnya.
Letkol Inf Yoyok juga berpesan kepada Peltu Faruk sebagai orang tuanya, terus mendampingi anaknya latihan agar bisa terus berprestasi ke tingkat nasional.
“Ini aset, harus terus di latih. Hasil ini dapat menjadi modal bisa ke tingkat selanjutnya. Kalau bisa perolehan medalinya di pertahankan,” harapnya.
