SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Salah calon Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Sumenep melaporkan dugaan kecurangan dalam pemilu pada 14 Februari 2024.
Calon nomor urut 2 atas nama Hadariadi dari partai Nasdem Dapil 6 datang ke Bawaslu Kabupaten setempat , didampingi kuasa hukumnya, melaporkan adanya dugaan ditemukan pemilih “Fiktif” Selasa (05/03/2024).
” Kami datang ke Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Sumenep untuk melaporkan dugaan adanya pelanggaran dan/atau tindak pidana pemilu pemilih fiktif,” kata Marlaf Sucipto, Kuasa Hukum Hadariadi.
Menurut Advokat muda yang akrab disapa Marlaf ini, pemilih fiktif maksudnya, orang yang memiliki hak suara, di dalam daftar hadir menggunakan hak pilih, padahal faktanya pemilih tersebut tidak ada.
Dugaan tersebut, pihaknya menjelaskan, dugaan itu dari hasil laporan dilandasi atas, pencocokan antara temuan tim teknis Hadariadi di lapangan, yang dikonfirmasi langsung kepada mereka yang memiliki hak suara.
“Daftar hadirnya terisi dan/atau tertandatangani datang dalam menggunakan hak pilihnya, tapi setelah dikonfirmasi kepada yang berhak, yang bersangkutan tidak datang dantidak menggunakan hak pilihnya karena berada di perantauan,” jelasnya.
Marlaf menegaskan, bahwa pemilih fiktif ditemukan di Kecamatan Dungkek. Yakni Desa Bicabbi, Desa Romben Guna, Desa Romben Rana, Desa Lapa Taman, Desa Bunpenang, Desa Banraas, Desa Bancamara. Khusus Desa Grujukan, tepatnya di Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) 1, TPS 2, dan TPS 3, hasil surat suara hanya tertumpuk pada satu calon.
“Kuat dugaan, juga ada manipulasi. Di TPS 8, surat suara tercoblos 100% serta hanya untuk dua calon tertentu. Ini aneh dan kuat dugaan terjadi manipulasi,” ucapnya dengan rinci.
Sehingga, pihaknya meminta Bawaslu Kabupaten Sumenep untuk Merekomendasikan kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Sumenep untuk melakukan pencoblosan ulang. Khususnya di TPS-TPS yang telah dijelaskan di atas.
” Kami juga meminta membuka dokumen Daftar Hadir Pemilih Tetap, Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 untuk semua TPS di Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) Sumenep 6, Kabupaten Sumenep yang didasarkan atas hasil pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Sumenep,” tandasnya.
