SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com)  – Babinsa Koramil 0827/10 Ambunten Koptu Kanto bantu petani melakukan pemupukan berimbang pada tanaman padi.

Pemupukan di lakukan di sawah seluas 0,2 hektar milik Salman warga Desa Bukabu, Kecamatan Ambunten, Kabupaten Sumenep. Kamis (25/1/2024).

Koptu Kanto mengatakan pemupukan berimbang merupakan hal yang sangat penting dilakukan, agar tumbuh dan berkembang secara maksimal.

Setidaknya membutuhkan pupuk organik, Urea dan NPK Phonska. Untuk perbandingannya 5:3:2 agar tanaman padi agar hasil panen nantinya lebih maksimal.

Menurutnya, penggunaan pupuk organik juga dimaksudkan untuk menjaga kesuburan tanah dan mengefisienkan penggunaan pupuk anorganik, sehingga tercipta pertanian yang berkelanjutan.

“Pemupukan berimbang sangat rekomendasikan karena sudah teruji mampu meningkatkan hasil panen,” ujarnya.

Dikatakannya, untuk proses pemeliharaan tanaman padi memang harus ekstra, mulai dari penanaman, pemupukan, pemeliharaan sampai dengan panen.

“Kami juga himbau petani untuk memperhatikan faktor faktor lain seperti gangguan hama yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil tanaman, itu juga penting dilakukan,” imbau Koptu Kanto kepada petani.
