SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Warga RT 1 RW 6 Perumahan Pondok Indah Kolor Jalan Dokter Cipto 7, Kabupaten Sumenep membuat larangan ada bener Caleg, Capres Cawapres (Calon Presiden dan Calon Wakil Presiden) Pemilu (Pemilihan Umum) 2024.
Larangan pemasangan alat peraga itu, bukan menutup hak Caleg maupun timses capres cawapres untuk berkampanye di wilayahnya, melainkan sebuah upaya untuk menghindari adanya sampah visual pasca masa pemilihan berakhir.
“Larangan itu kami buat beralasan beberapa tahun yang lalu tidak bertanggung jawab, mereka hanya bisanya menempel memasang tapi tidak membuka jadi akan menjadi sampah visual di lingkungan kami,” kata Ketua RT setempat, Ibnu Hajar,
Rabu (27/12/2023).
Menurutnya sampah visual dari alat praga kampanye seperti, poster, stiker, benner hingga baliho akan mengganggu banyak hal, seperti keamanan, keindahan lingkungan, kerapian wilayah hingga kebersihan.
“Kami warga disini melarang keras
pemasangan tersebut usai bermusyawarah bersama perwakilan para warga,” tegas Ibnu.
Sehingga, pihaknya menyampaikan bahwa larangan tersebut juga sudah dibuatkan benner yang diletakan di dua pintu masuk RT.
Dirinya menambahkan, jika ada yang tetap diam-diam melanggar, dengan tegas, ia dan warga setempat tidak akan segan untuk melakukan pencopotan
“Warga berpartisipasi jadi makanya di blok-blok di perumahan kami itu warga siap, tidak usah lapor lagi kalau sudah dipasang pagi selang beberapa jam mereka akan membuka itu semua,” jelasnya.
Kendati demikian, ucapnya jika ada caleg maupun timses capres cawapres yang ingin berkampanya di wilayahnya, akan dipersilakan, dengan catatan bersikap sewajarnya orang bertamu serta memberi tahu pengurus RT setempat.
“Bagi mereka yang ingin sosialisasi bisa, kita persilahkan para caleg para timses untuk mensosialisasikan visi misinya programnya silakan bertamu ke warga kami datang door to door,” pungkasnya.
