SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Bupati Sumenep, Achmad Fauzi Wongsojudo melalui Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) setempat mengeluarkan kebijakan pemberian pelayanan insentif Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB-P2) untuk masyarakat wajib pajak di Kabupaten Sumenep.
Hal tersebut tertuang dalam Peraturan Bupati Sumenep Nomor 14 Tahun 2023 Tentang Penghapusan Sanksi Administratif Dalam Rangka Penangan Piutang Pajak Daerah Di Kabupaten Sumenep.
“Melalui peraturan Bupati Sumenep ini, pembayaran PBB-P2 wajib pajak cukup hanya membayar pokok PBB-P2, bebas denda,” kata Plt. Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah (PPD), BPPKAD Sumenep, Fardiansyah.
Langkah ini dilakukan, menurut Fardiansyah sebagai bentuk terobosan dan inovasi Pemkab Sumenep dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat wajib pajak.
“BPPKAD Sumenep memberikan pelayanan insentif pajak daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep ini untuk memberikan kemudahan dan keringanan kepada masyarakat. Kita sudah seharusnya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat wajib pajak,” ungkapnya.
Pihaknya mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk segera melakukan pembayaran PBB-P2 guna menghindari denda per bulannya, apabila pembayaran dilakukan setelah jatuh tempo.
“Kita juga mengajak kepada masyarakat untuk bijak dan taat pajak. Dari pajak kita berpijak. Pelayanan ini kita laksanakan, sesuai dengan tagline Bismillah Melayani. Dan kami melayani wajib pajak dengan ikhlas,” tandasnya.
