SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Bupati Achmad Fauzi Wongsojudo melakukan mutasi sejumlah pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemkab Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Senin (25/7/2023).
Pergeseran pejabat yang berlangsung di pendapa bupati berlangsung penuh khidmat.
Mereka yang “terkena” mutasi adalah Ahmad Masuni yang sebelumnya menjabat Asisten Ekonomi dan Pembangunan Setkab Sumenep menjadi Kepala BKPSDM (Badan Kepegawaian Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia). Abd Madjid Kepala BKPSDM menempati jabatan yang ditinggalkan Ahmad Masuni.
Titik Suryati digeser menjadi Kepala Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) dari sebelumnya Inspektur. Sementara Rudi Yuyianto yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala BPKAD dimutasi menjadi kepala Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip.
Terakhir, Yayak Nurwahyudi, Kepala Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan (Bappeda) dimutasi menjadi Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman dan Perhubungan (Disperkimhub).
Kegiatan pelantikan itu dimulai dengan pembacaa SK (Surat Keputusan) Bupati oleh Abd. Madjid, Kepala BKPSDM, dan pengambilan sumpah oleh bupati Achmad Fauzi. Hadir pada kegiatan tersebut Wabup Nyai Hj Dewi Khalifah, Sekdakab Edy Rasiyadi dan sejumlah pimpinan OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah).
Bupati Sumenep Achmad Fauzi Wongsojudo dalam sambutannya menjelaskan, mutasi ini adalah penyegaran organisasi, yang sudah sesuai dengan regulasi. “Jabatan ini anggap sebagai amanah yang harus dijalankan dengan baik dan benar,” katanya.
Suami Nia Kurnia menitipkan pesan kepada Pejabata Pimpinan Pratama untuk bisa bersama meningkatkan IPM (Indeks Pembangunan Manusia). Dengan cara melakukan kolaborasi, kerjasama agar IPM terus naik, salah satunya peningkatan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia).
“Saya tidak mengatakan IPM kita rendah, sebab setiap tahunnya sudah mengalami trend kenaikan. Maka harus berkolaborasi untuk meningkatkan IPM kita,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, sambung politisi PDI Perjuangan itu, pihaknya meminta OPD untuk juga menekan angka kemiskinan di Sumenep. Meskipun, angka kemiskina di kota Sumekar ini sudah ada penekanan, yang sebelumnya 20,54 menjadi 18,76.
“Hendaknya kemiskinan ini terus ditekan. Maka, program yang dibahas di TPAD nantinya harus mampu memberikan dampak kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat,” ungkapnya.
