SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur akan menggandeng pagiat seni tradisional Topeng Dalang untuk mensosialisasikan bahaya rokok ilegal.
“Titik tekan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat umum tentang larangan jual beli rokok ilegal,” kata Ach. Laily Maulidy, Kastpol PP Sumenep, Senin,
Topeng Dalang merupakan salah satu seni budaya yang sampai saat ini banyak digemari masyarakat. Topeng Dalang adalah jenis teater rakyat yang didalamnya terkandung unsur tari, musik, pedalangan dan lakon.
Melalui kesenian tradisional ini diyakini mudah dimengerti oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan edukasi akan bahaya dan upaya pemberantaan rokok ilegal kedepan.
“Penyampaiannya lebih mudah, dan pesan yang akan kami sampaikan juga lebih diterima oleh masyarakat nantinya,” jelas mantan Kabag Perekonomian Setkab Sumenep itu.
Nantinya kata Laili, saat pertunjukan ada bagian khusus yang berkaitan dengan larangan menjual barang kena bea cukai tersebut.
Saat pertunjukan, nantinya Satpol PP juga akan menghadirkan pihak Bea Cukai Madura yang didapuk sebagai pembicara untuk memberikan informasi terkait konsekuensi mengedarkan rokok ilegal.
“Bisa juga nanti, konten atau materi yang dibawakan dalam gelaran Topeng Dalang memuat pesan-pesan larangan rokok ilegal. InsyaAllah akan kita gelar di November nanti, masih mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya,” tegas dia.
Sebagai informasi, trobosan yang dilakukan Satpol PP Sumenep dalam pemberantasan peredaran rokok ilegal banyak dilakukan. Seperti melakulan sosialisasi ke sejumlah toko dan swawalayan, melakukan operasi bersama Bea Cukai hingga berhasil mengamankan puluhan ribu batang rokok ilegal siap edar.
