SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Komisi III Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Sumenep melakukan sidak proyek Pembangunan gedung pengemasan produk UMKM di Tajamara, Kamis (13/10/2022).

Pasalnya, proyek dana APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah) dengan anggaran sebesar Rp 793.986.698 itu ditemukan janggal diduga tidak sesuai spesifikasi.

Ketua Komisi III DPRD Sumenep, Dulsiam mengatakan, jika dalam pekerjaan pembangunan Pembangunan gedung pengemasan produk UMKM ada dugaan tidak sesuai.

Menurutnya, Indikasinya, dalam pemasangan batu bata ringan sebagian tidak menggunakan lem perekat atau mortal.

Sehingga, di antara bata itu terlihat ada jarak, dan kubangan di antara bata tersebut. Selain itu, juga pemasangan besi yang masih dipertanyakan.

Namun, para legislator mengecek bangunan yang baru dikerjakan secara maraton ini. Satu per satu struktur bangunan menjadi pengamatan ada yang masih perlu diperbaiki.

“Setelah kami cek memang ada yang masih perlu perbaikan karena tidak sesuai spek. Yakni, temuan paling mencolok adalah pemasangan bata ringan ini tidak menggunakan lem perekat. Jadi, ini kekurangan,” ungkap politisi PKB ini.

Selain itu, sambung dia besinya juga masih kurang sesuai. Namun, semuanya akan ditelusuri secara mendalam. “Ini fakta di lapangan dan masih memerlukan pendalaman kembali. Yang jelas, temuan kami ini adalah kekurangan pekerjaan,” ungkapnya.

Pihaknya meminta untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Namun, jika memang nantinya fatal, maka bisa jadi pihaknya meminta untuk dilakukan pembongkaran. “Setelah ini, kami akan meminta klarifikasi kepada OPD dan pelaksana di komisi,” ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Konsultan Pengawas dari CV D’kreatif Rahmat Drajat menjelaskan, atas temuan dari komisi langsung akan dilakukan evaluasi kepada struktur bangunan yang sudah dikerjakan. “Ya, kami pasti evaluasi kembali. Bisa saja itu terlewati,” katanya.

Dari kemarin, sambung dia, pihaknya kejar tayang untuk terus menuntaskan pekerjaan. Sebab pekerjaan ini dikebut untuk segera dituntaskan. “Karena kami fokus ke struktur bangunan karena kejar tayang siang malam.Tapi kami evaluasi kembali,” ujarnya.

Sementara Kepala Dinas PU dan Tata Ruang Eri Susanto menjelaskan, pihaknya akan melakukan evaluasi dan penyempurnaan atas temuan dari komisi III itu. “Nanti akan kami sempurnakan sesuai dengan juknis yang ada,” katanya didampingi Kabid Penataan Bangunan Benny Irawan.

Yang jelas, sambung dia, bangunan itu memang digenjot pelaksanaanya, lantaran akan diresmikan oleh Wapres pada tanggal 29 Oktober mendatang. “Makanya, kami kejar pekerjaanya. Sehingga bisa selesai sebelum tanggal 29 Oktober itu. Tapi, kualitas tetap dijaga,” tutupnya.
