SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Fasilitas Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. H. Moh. Anwar Kabupaten Sumenep terus meningkat.
Pasalnya, tahun ini, rumah sakit plat merah ini mendapatkan kucuran Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT) bidang kesehatan tahun 2022 sebesar Rp 2,4 Miliar rupiah.
“RSUD Sumenep menggunakan DBHCHT 2022 sebesar Rp 2,4 miliar tersebut untuk membeli berbagai peralatan medis guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan bagi pasien,” kata Direktur RSUD dr. H. Moh. Anwar (RSUDMA) Sumenep, dr. Erliyati melalui Humas Arman Endika Saputra.
Menurutnya, angaran yang diterima sebesar Rp 2,4 Miliar lebih itu dipergunakan membeli Mobile X-Ray. Alat medis untuk menopang pelayanan Radiografi bagi pasien.
“Jika sebelumnya pasien didorong ke ruang Radiologi, ketika ada Mobile X-Ray, namun sebaliknya alat tersebut yang akan ke tempat tidur pasien, terutama yang ada di UGD,” ungkap Arman.
Sehingga, dengan alat tersebut jelas Arman, pasien tidak perlu kemana mana langsung dilakukan foto ditempat
“Cukup di UGD. Tentunya ini akan mempersingkat respon time kami,” ujarnya.
Selain itu juga, RSUDMA membeli peralatan medis Hemodynamic yang akan difungsikan di ruang ICU untuk memonitor kondisi pasien.
Fungsinya lebih detail dari Pasien Monitor, terutama berkenaan dengan indikator indikator vital yang ada di ICU.
RSUD Sumenep juga membeli Alat Pengukur Sanitasi. Kata Arman, nanti rumah sakit ini akan punya Luxmeter, alat untuk mengukur pencahayaan.
Selain Luxmeter, alat sanitasi yang dibeli juga berupa pengukur indikator air dan makanan.
“Nantinya pemantauan rutin kondisi lingkungan di rumah sakit akan dilaksanakan secara internal, yang sebelumnya dilaksanakan oleh pihak eksternal. Baik itu air limbah, termasuk air bersih,” tuturnya.
Kemudian, RSUD Sumenep juga membeli Suction Mobile. Meskipun ruang OK (kamar operasi) RSUDMA sudah terbilang bagus karena ada suction terpusat, yang akan mensupport itu dengan Suction Mobile yang lebih fleksibel.
“Kalau ada yang namanya tumpahan cairan, apapun namanya cairan dari tubuh, itu dilokalisir dengan mesin suction,” ucapnya.
RSUD Sumenep juga membeli Fetal Doppler. Sebuah alat medis yang akan digunakan bagi ibu hamil untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan dari bayinya.
“Kita juga membeli peralatan bedah, semacam gunting dan lain sebagainya untuk mendukung proses pelaksanaan pelayanan di ruang operasi,” imbuh Arman.
Untuk melengkapi kinerja Mobile X-Ray, RSUD Sumenep membeli printer. Alat tersebut akan ditempatkan di UGD sehingga untuk print hasilnya tidak harus ke ruang Radiologi.
“Kita juga beli beberapa perangkat untuk anestesi yang bisa digunakan secara mandiri oleh pasien. Perangkat ini terbilang baru di RSUD untuk pasien dengan kebutuhan anestesi,” terang Arman.
Sementara, Arman menjelaskan pengadaan seluruh peralatan medis tersebut dilakukan secara digital melalui ekatalog. “Kami berharap sebagaimana pesanan di sistem, para penyedia bisa memenuhi sampai dengan 20 November 2022.
