PAMEKASAN, (Transmadura.com) – Polres Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur, berhasil ungkap sindikat perjudian dalam tiga hari menangkap 16 pelaku.
Korp baju coklat ini, ungkap kasus tersebut merupakan hasil giat operasi pada 19-21 Agustus 2022 lalu.
Kapolres Pamekasan AKBP Rogib Triyanto mengatakan, Penangkapan dilakukan setelah pihaknya melakukan penyelidikan sebelumnya. “Ada 16 pelaku melakukan perjudian dengan jenis berbeda,” katanya saat konfren.
Dirinya menyatakan, perjudian jenis berbeda, yakni, mulai dari judi online jenis slot sebanyak 4 kasus, judi dadu 2 kasus dan judi remi bakaran.
“Penangkapan dilakukan
dilakukan ditempat yang berbeda, seperti cafe di wilayah perkotaan dan sejumlah lokasi di beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Pamekasan,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut Rogib menyatakan, pengungkapan dilakukan untuk menekan aksi perjudian yang selama ini dinilai meresahkan warga. Bahkan, kedepan akan dilakukan pengawasan secara maksimal.
“Kami akan tindak tegas terhadap perjudian,” tegas dia.
Akibat aksinya, 16 pelaku perjudian dijerat dengan pasal 303 Ayat 1 ke 1, 2, 3 KUHP.
