SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Banteng Muda Indonesia (BMI) se-Madura periode 2019-2024 resmi dilantik, Sabtu (13/8/2022).
Acara pelantikan digelar di Gedung Islamic Center, Kecamatan Batuan, Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur.
Pada kesempatan itu dihadiri Ketua DPP PDI Perjuangan Bidang Perekonomian MH Said Abdullah, Bendahara Umum DPP BMI Kaisar Kiasa Kasih Said Putra.
Selain itu, ada juga Ketua DPD BMI Jawa Timur Sugiri Sancoko serta para Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan se-Madura.
Pelantikan DPC BMI se-Madura dilakukan oleh Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Sumenep Achmad Fauzi, mewakili Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan se-Madura.
Achmad Fauzi dalam sambutannya berharap para pengurus DPC BMI se-Madura dapat menambah kekuatan PDI Perjuangan menyongsong tiga kali kemenangan pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang.
“Banteng muda adalah benteng pertahanan bagi kalangan muda, dan pertahanan paling baik adalah menyerang. Oleh karena itu, kita harus bersiap diri untuk bertahan dengan baik. Jadi, kalau masih ragu-ragu, keluar saja!” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Bendahara Umum DPP BMI Kaisar Kiasa Kasih Said Putra meminta para pengurus BMI se-Madura agar langsung bergerak dengan aktivitas-aktivitas positif, menghimpun potensi para pemuda Madura.
“Pemuda itu ada di hati bangsa, yang nantinya akan menjadi pemimpin bangsa. Karena itu, Banteng Muda Indonesia harus melakukan aksi-aksi nyata, konkrit hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat,” katanya, menggugah seluruh Pengurus DPC BMI se-Madura yang baru dilantik.
