SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) -Kepedulian pemerintah kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur memprioritaskan terhadap masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Pasalnya prioritas utama dalam memberikan perlindungan pelayanan terbaik dibidang kesehatan Ibu Hamil (Bumil).

Tahun 2023 mendatang Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) setempat akan memprogramkan Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (KB), akan melengkapi peralatan dengan menyediakan alat USG disemua Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) yang berada diwilayah Pemerintahan Kabupaten Sumenep.

Hal itu dapat apresiasi positif Kepala Puskesmas (Kapus) Pandian, H.Achmad Syamsuri,S.Kep,M.Kes, M.H, bahwa adanya Rencana Pemerintah dalam peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat melalui Dinkes untuk melengkapi peralatan medis yakni penyediaan Alat USG ditiap Pukesmas.

“Dengan adanya Alat USG ini akan sangat membantu pada kinerja kami dalam meningkatkan pelayanan lebih maksimal terhadap pasien Ibu Hamil (Bumil) terutama untuk dapat mendeteksi kondisi kesehatan posisi bayi yang berada dalam kandungan.” ungkapnya.

Selama ini, pihaknya menyatakan, ketika dalam pemeriksaan yang membutuhkan pendeteksi mengenai kondisi bayi yang dianggap ada ketidakwajaran.

“Kami akan segera rujuk ke Dokter Obgyn atau dokter spesialis kandungan untuk segera di USG agar mendapatkan rekam informasi secara detail mengenai posisi serta kesehatan bayi tersebut,” ujarnya.

Pihaknya juga menuturkan, ada program di Puskesmas ACN terpadu, yakni program ACN satu kali pertemuan khusus Ibu Hamil.

“Apakah itu resiko tinggi atau resiko rendah untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Dokter Obgyn (spesialis) untuk menditeksi kondisi bayi yang ada dikandungan.”paparnya.

Diakui dirinya, untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi bayi dalam kandungan resiko rendah atau tinggi perlu dilakukan Pemeriksaan intensif,salah satunya dengan diperiksa melalui Alat USG agar nantinya dapat memberikan diagnosa tetap atau diagnosa pasti yang sesuai dengan kondisi cabang bayi.

“Apabila dalam resiko tinggi yang sering terjadi pada Ibu Hamil (Bumil) adalah letak sungsang cabang bayi dan lintang tali pusar pada bayi,tentu hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pemeriksaan Alat USG,dan apabila terjadi demikian tidak bisa dilayani di Puskesmas.”pungkas H.Syamsuri.

Rencana program pemerintah melalui Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep tentang penyediaan Alat USG yang akan diberikan ditiap Puskesmas tersebut, menurutnya akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan pelayanan secara optimal terhadap Ibu Hamil juga akan meminimalisir angka kematian baik Ibu atau Bayi.

Pihaknya berharap kepada Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) juga dapat memikirkan SDM para Tenaga Kesehatan (Nakes) yang berada dilingkungan Puskesmas terkait tentang pengoprasionalan alat USG tersebut.

“Jadi kami butuh “Pelatihan Khusus” bagaimana cara pengoperasian alat USG secara baik dan benar yang nantinya akan sesuai dengan harapan kita bersama.”tutup H.Syamsuri Kepala Puskesmas Pandian.
