Transmadura.com – Sumenep, Homestay wisata Pulau Gili Iyang roboh. Robohnya rumah wisata yang berada di Desa Banraas, Kecamatan Dungkek, Sumenep, Jawa Timur itu disinyalir karena termakan usia dan tidak ada perawatan.
Hal itu disampaikan Ketua Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Gili Iyang, bahwa robohnya Homestay wisata Pulau Gili Iyang itu akibat cuaca angin kencang.
“Sekitar seminggu yang lalu yang roboh, saat itu cuaca kurang bersahabat, angin kencang,” kata Ihyak Ulumudin.
Menurutnya, homestay wisata Pulau Gili Iyang ini dibangun oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Pengembangan Wilayah Surabaya – Madura (BPWS) tahun 2015 lalu. Saat itu terdapat empat bangunan, yakni 2 rumah penginapan, 1 langgar (musholla) dan 1 pendopo.
Namun, pihaknya menjelaskan setelah pembangunan selesai, dan diserahterimakan kepada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Ciptakarya dan sempat dikelola oleh Pokdarwis yang hanya mengelola sebentar.
“Pokdarwis hanya mengelola sebentar, karena antara PU Cipta Karya tidak ada serahterima kepada Pokdarwis,” ungkapnya.
Sehingga, lanjut Ihyak Ulumudin, saat itu pokdarwis dapat teguran, sebab tidak ada serahterimah.
“Karena Pokdarwis mendapat teguran, maka kami hanya sekitar 1,5 tahun yang mengelola. Bahkan saat kami tanya ke Disbudporapar juga tidak ada,” jelasnya.
Sejak itulah lanjut pria yang akrab disapa Ki Ageng Ropet keberadaan homestay tidak terurus hingga saat ini kondisinya sangat prihatin dan langgarnya roboh.
“Sejak pengelolaannya bukan Pokdarwis saya tidak pernah masuk ke homestay, sehingga saya tidak tahu kondisi terbaru, apa didalam masih utuh atau tidak. Apalagi kuncinya sudah tidak lagi dipegang saya,” ungkap dia.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (Disbudporapar) Sumenep Mohammad Iksan mengatakan, keberadaan homestay akan direhap.
“Perintah pimpinan mas, setelah direhab kami akan serahkan ke BUMDESMA,” katanya saat dikonformasi media ini melalui pesan WhatsApp.
