SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Terkait Kasus Kades Tambak Agung Barat, Kecamatan Ambunten, Sumenep diduga melanggar prokes Covid-19 dimasa PPKM darurat terus bergulir. Pasalnya masalah itu yang sudah masuk proses hukum, dapat perhatian dari pengamat hukum.

Pengamat Hukum, Syafrawi mengatakan, bahwa terkait pelanggaran prokes covid-19 dimasa PPKM darurat diduga mengundang kerumunan yang dilakukan oleh oknum kades tambak Agung barat, harus ditindak secara profesional.

“proses hukum sudah berjalan, masalah ini harus diproses secara profesional oleh pihak polres yang menganani,” katanya.

Sebab, menurutnya, masyarakat sudah mengikuti perkembangan dengan semua persoalan itu. Sehingga seperti halnya kasus habib Rizik dengan kasus yang sama mengundang kerumunan melanggar prokes. “Beliau juga sudah membayar denda Rp 50 juta, tapi juga diproses,” ungkapnya.

Ketua Peradi Madura Raya ini, menegaskan siapapun dan apapun jabatannya yang melanggar terhadap undang undang dikarenakan ada sesuatu hal, sehingga persoalan itu akan menjadi kabur dan tidak jelas.

“Hukum itu harus betul betul ditegakkan, karena di masyarakat masalah hukum tidak ada yang tinggi semua sejajar,” tegasnya.

Pihaknya berharap kepada Polres Sumenep yang menangani kasus itu, betul-betul profesional dan transparan dalam menangani kasus tersebut. “kami berharap polres yang menanganai betul betul profesional,” harapnya.

Sebelumnya, Kades tambak Agung Barat, Syamsul dilaporkan ke Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, diduga melanggar surat edaran Kementerian dimasa Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) darurat covid-19 pada waktu lalu.

Kades tambak Agung barat diadukan ke Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dugaan telah melakukan pagelaran karawitan tayub dengan tema “Rokat Desa”

Sesuai SP2HP dengan nomor B/44/SP2HP/A1 ke 1/Vlll/2021/Satreskrim Polres Sumenep tertanggal 1 September 2021 dengan pengadu Sahawi warga Desa Gadu Barat, Kecamatan Ganding.

Dalam aduannya Sahawi tertulis, bahwa Kades Tambak Agung Barat, nekat melabrak aturan menggelar Hajatan Rokat Desa dengan mengundang Sinden Karawitan.
ditengah PPKM darurat Pandemi Covid 19.
